  • Oh yeah, aaaaaaaaaaaaages ago someone recommended a teething blanket I had £4 of boots vouchers for trialling a shampoo so I got Caitlyn one on Saturday... She seems quite impressed it with, keeps stuffing it in her mouth anyway... She's also just started taking an interest in her taggy this week too...

Twas me! Glad to be of assistance! LoL

Girls...just out of curiosity, how often do you change LO's clothes?

Also, and this is a stupid question...you know the frilly bits on nappies, do you have them out or in? :o

Clean vest daily, clean sleepsuit daily, clean outfit daily unless she manages not to get the trousers grubby and then they last two days. The vest doesn't get changed for 24 hours unless we have a code brown.

An hour out of Munich on the train and we had the most epic code brown to date. And all her clothing was in the bottom of the backpack  She travelled vestless to France and I pillaged a clean vest from the stuff we took Husband's sister because I only had enough for the three days plus one spare and didn't want to be spareless for three days.

    Edit: frilly bits out :)

I reckon risk ordering them. You've still got over 5 weeks til Xmas and I guess you'll be seeing FIL pretty near to Xmas so don't need to post them or anything to him? (but don't blame me if you take my advice and then they don't arrive in time :p)
Ordered them so if they don't arrive it's all Choppy's fault :p

Speaking of Alice talking, last week we went to the pizza shop for pizza (it's actually only the second time since we moved) and the lady said to Alice, "You're gorgeous!" Usually Alice is shy when a stranger initiates conversation and won't speak but apparently being called the wrong name was so outrageous that she replied and said, "It's Alice."

I think I'm towards the older end of mummies on here (I'll be 28 in Jan) but I feel like I know nothing compared to Sami, Carla, Caz, Searching, Buttons (and I'm sure there are more) who are younger than me and know sooooo much more than me. Then again, I am blonde :D
:A *feels special* I am on my 2nd though it just comes with experience not age :)
