TBH I think all this fuss in the press is ridiculous, I don't have a maclaren but the hinge is almost identical on my cosatto. Any parent with half a brain knows to not let their LO put their fingers anywhere near it when folding it up/down, its just common sense. here endeth my rant :)
Fairy post arrived - thank you xx

Perhaps should have made clearer, my issue with Maclaren is their customer service (or lack of) when made aware of the problem 5 years ago . They clearly know how to solve the problem and are doing so now for the american market having let however many more children lose the ends of their fingers whilst they sat on their !!!!!!.

oh forgot to say, both kids got on well with their jabs, only a little cry from Dylan, and Jasmine even watched hers go in !!

Oh and my Tesco glitch toys arrived and they look fab !!!
I managed to hide Chris's but he guessed from the baaaing coming from the boot that Timmy was about :D he also asked if I though Edgar would share his toys with him because he thinks the musical instruments are "beauuuuuutiful" :grinheart

    Hi ladies.

A flying visit whilst bubs is asleep to let you know that the Tesco photo have half price photo mugs until tues 17th. Down to £3.41. Got three but forgot to use quidco. Went back for a mousemat and looks like quidco is 10% though it doesn't mention the photo bit.

Do babies have nightmares? Kezia just woke screaming and looking terrified:eek:

OH worked in LIDL when we were in college & they are timed on how long they take to scan stuff - the quicker the better. LIDL & ALDI arent as customer focused as ADSA n Tesco - was probably cos they USED to be dirt cheap.

just had big screaming fit from Jack & his temp up a bit so given him soon inf paracetamol & now he's asleep, bless him
we were timed on that in somerfield, but it was from when we started scanning, so if they left a gap between customers we wouldnt have got marked down on that IYSWIM? they couldnt mark down on that anyway, what if there wasnt someone in the queue, they'd get marked down on there not being someone queueing then! i dont mind the quick scanning, its the rudeness of tutting and throwing someone elses shopping at you when you're still packing your own that fishes me off!

Anyone get Housing Benefit or Council Tax Benefit? Have you seen the piece in the newsletter which says Child Benefit is no longer counted as income, so you may be entitled to more HB or CTB :)
