for sore backs a girl at work has been in awful pain for 6 months, she has been on painkillers and seeing the physio with nothing easing it. she went to see a chiropractor(sp???) a few days ago and was there for an hour and a half, he pushed and pulled her about and cracked things. she said she could feel the pressure lift and has not had any pain since!! im booking in to see him next week as i still get SPD pain?

How long will that keep for weezl? :)

On the subject of yoghurt, can LOs have strawberry yoghurt? I know they shouldn't have strawberries because of possible allergies, but what about strawberry yoghurt, or is that too small an amount to worry about? :)

I've been to the market and bought sweet potato, butternut squash, carrots, parsnips, apples and pears :D

Still got to go to my parents tonight to find something to wear for tomorrow :o
Ryry has strawberry yogurts, never ehard that they cant have strawberries though x

I'm nervous about putting Ryry in nursery, it's only 2 days a week but he's so young! 7 months, I didnt go back to work until aston was about 2,5 years.
I cant wait to get back working though, more money and seeing other people.
