.. Oh elle - I made RR this morning and it looks really dark! I used milk chocolate so it must be the Cocoa - OH thinks it looks like it won't do his teeth any good (woohoo more for me!)
How many digestives do you put in? I think I put about 8 in so might not have put enough :o

Third of a packet, usually..

.. not sure how to get more variety into erin, but on the cost front I've just made nearly 20 portions of apple and cinnamon yoghurt for fergus by using a 1kg onken from costco (plain) and adding a stewed can of asda apples and spice. It's 9p a portion, I don't know if that's any better

How long will that keep for weezl? :)

On the subject of yoghurt, can LOs have strawberry yoghurt? I know they shouldn't have strawberries because of possible allergies, but what about strawberry yoghurt, or is that too small an amount to worry about? :)

I've been to the market and bought sweet potato, butternut squash, carrots, parsnips, apples and pears :D

Still got to go to my parents tonight to find something to wear for tomorrow :o

Sorry, off out now. SIL turned up so had Chinese and now leaving so will catch up later.

AM - hope your shoulder/back pain improves. I have had this before, and never knew what triggered it, but like you, it is my right shoulder blade. I got Voltarol from the docs the last time which is why I took anti-inflamatories today. I also went to physio for months, but just had one of those rubber band things to do exercises to strengthen other muscles. To be honest, the thing which I think improved it was gentle exercise so after months of trying not to exert it, I started a dance class and it improved. Could have been coincidence, but that's what I intend to do about it again.

Right, might be drunk when I next post so excuse any !!!! I may spout! Have a good night all. x

thanks ladies!!! only my OH knows as it has to be kept quiet as it may put a few people out? they have been there longer but as i have been trained on everything and have been working my butt off she and the main boss think i would be perfect :D so i have the contracts etc to fill out next week!
OH is still not working and as my hours are so long im not sure if its worth while now? the tax credits are good and the council have sent us a letter saying they will pay just about our full rent!(we are still skint though pmsl!)

thanks weezl i may have to get the recipe from you! she has got so fussy and just refuses point blank, i have tried everything. i had cauliflower and cheese and she spat it out the min it touched her lips? do you think she is associating being sick with food?
What's for you won't go past you
