<--- wonders if 6mths is enough time to become a close enough friend of Glam's to get a wedding invite :D

my motto is - never wake a sleeping baby!! think i mentioned up there, that his last feed is around 8ish, and thats until about 8ish the next morning.
Katie used to sleep from 6.30pm -8.30am....i hope hse hasnt ruined me!! lol

That's my motto too - I was just thinking if he is used to a bottle at bedtime then you might want to dream-feed him.

I am the silly woman that sits in the car-park at tesco waiting for the babba to wake up!!

Yup, OH's name - prefer his name to mine! :p (tis not nebby :)) Always thought we'd get there eventually - we had a chant in the hospital "yay, Team Stephens!" even though I'm not a Stephens.. :o (used to stretch Rhys' arms up to it)

I just don't want the fuss and attention on me that comes with a wedding..

Now that is a different argument to the 'it wouldn't make a difference' line lady!! Make your mind up

Weddings can be as small or as big as you want them to be. We only had 25 people at our ceremony (including us and DSS) but then we had a BIG reception for 200 guests in the evening because we both love a knees-up!! We projected everyones photos from the day onto the wall of the reception so people felt like they had been there too :D

Am I the only one then who has the baby sleeping within 10 inches of my face until they reach the age of 1 :rotfl:

Cliodhna is now sleeping through as well. She takes a last feed at 10 and that does her till half 7 though she would probably sleep longer only everybody gets up at that time.

Love the christmas card Sami, we will definetly be trying those out in our house.

Those costumes are so cute Elle, I think I will go for the pudding one :D

  • Becles - that is shocking. I would have complained!!!

    ....by email - later!!

Sami - I hate small talk too but at least on that occasion I would have happily waffled about Benjamin for an hour. As it was I sat there trying not to cry because I felt lost without my baby boy :( it was the first time I had left him.

Well it wouldn't make a difference and any difference it would make doesn't feel worth it for having to go through all that cost, fuss and attention! :p Besides, my parents only have £3k saved towards it yet (their target is £7k but they're having a house extension built starting next month so saving has halted soemwhat).

Ooops, think Rhys is on a sugar high.. He's had fromage frais again (weaning? no!) and is not gargling his babbling and sounds like he's talking Welsh! :rotfl::rotfl:

We had 60 at our wedding and it was only close friends and family. I mainly sat people with people they already knew because I used to hate going to functions and having to make small talk with random people.

I want to renew my vows in Las Vegas though.
