sling ladies --- are there any slings where you can carry baby facing outwards on your front??? saying that, by baby i mean a 7month old??

i have looked a the joey link and they seem to be showing the older bubs on the back??

looks like i will be going home alone (too upset to talk about it), but wonder if a sling will be easier for me when out and about on my own????

had something else to ask and now it's gone.....
I had a tomy freestyle carrier with Aimee that can be worn forward facing, but I found it uncomfortable to wear and I think I gave it up by about 6 months... I've got a Baby Hawk now which is a mei tei like the Joey and it is a dream to wear, baby is a lot higher and feels a lot more supported... And she's quite happy being Mummy facing... I think I also read somewhere that facing outwards isn't good for their little backs... But don't quote me on that...

Krystal is so smart and funny and wonderful I am struck dumb in awe in her presence.

  • If you replace the Argos book with the Smyths catalogue, you have just described her morning !!! I have said she can spend £40 of it and the rest is being put away :) See I can be a nice mummy sometimes :rotfl:

£40 this close to christmas!!! I don't let DSS near the shops this close to christmas (and we do the weekend shift ;):D) for fear that he will buy something we have already got him!!

I am so behind with my christmas shopping :o although my list of what to buy is as long as my arm so I don't think I am going to struggle...just need some cash!!

Hubby gave me some money to go to dinner tomorrow! I am officially a kept woman :D

Lovely classy looking dress MM. Definitely not too young! You are still in your 20s are you not? That's still young to me! x

Is there a slingmeet near you? Or do you know any mummies with slings? As nosy as Benjamin is he hates being in a carrier of any kind, I have tried quite a few and he just hates being contained like that

I would def suggest that you try before you buy.

You know where I am if you need me xxxx
