.. I'm not sure what to do; I've got an email from BB saying I'm getting the wean machine but I'm not sure if I should get it and give it a whirl or say no and stick totally to BLW, or even I could use it but not actually feed the stuff to Ed

Tell 'em I'll test it! ;) My mother would be overjoyed! :p

decided on a britax eclipse! kiddicare sell it for £103.99, argos for £59.99??

That's a big difference! I'll have a look at Argos.

OH's favorite is this one http://www.kiddicare.com/webapp/wcs/stores/servlet/productdisplayA_67+329_10751_-1_14570_76205_10001_14570

  • Can't help with the car seat discussion either I bought a Britax SI from Mothercare 2 years ago for £120!.

I like it though as it reclines so DD is comfy when she falls asleep.

Off to bed myself in a minute a really busy weekend ahead - swimming, getting my haircut, going to a party, food shopping, writing Christmas cards!

Night Night so those going or gone to bed.

I took my new P&T out tonight and Cliodhna hates the cocoon, screamed until I took her out, so I guess thats going on ebay as soon as christmas is over, she will be 6 months in 2 weeks so I guess she will be big enough for a proper seat. This little madam just hates having her view resticted, she loves to have a good nosey at all thats going on :rotfl:
put her on the front then? Ed out grew the cocoon really quickly so he's been on the front for a while now - I did have to put a rolled up blanket next to him though coz he was/isn't very good at sitting up, I now just use a head hugger for him (I splashed out on the lazy ted rocker frame and it comes with that) you can buy them on their own in babies r us/ mothercare etc

I'm wearing fingerless gloves to keep warm while still being able to type!

Do think they'd do what they did for the chav bottle and MFD and say give it to a friend?... I could say my friend Elle who is a BB member would like it - should I do that? I'm happy to
sami, are you still testing the teether rings as well ??
    Yes :o

I was meaning to tell them we're going skiing in case there was a travel thing I could test but forgot and I'm sure it's too late now!

I think she may be too old for the rocker thing, she has outgrown the bouncers I have and has now moved onto the graco funrock and giggles which she loves. Im not sure which one from Mothercare sounded !!!! earlier but I highly recommend the funrock giggles, I put it up alone in 5 mins and she loves it!
  • Oh !!!!!!!! I have just had to prise the curtains out of hubbys hands because he is sleeping on the sofa in a drunken huff, refusing to go to bed and generally being a bit wierd! He wanted to use the curtains as a blanket

I love him dearly and he doesn't go out often (I usually tell him to stay out if he goes out LOL!) but we picked him up from the pub at 7pm and it has been like having 2 fussy babies ever since

He has also repeated his night with Benjamin to me about 30 times wanting praise  and won't remember a bl00dy thing in the morning!

    Gotta love 'em!!
