    Evening all:)

Caitlyn is currently asleep on my lap - want to put her down though cos I need cereal!

We had a chinese for tea and as I ate my fried rice I felt something sharp, which turned out to be a piece of metal! It looked liked it had come of some sort of large scouring pad or something. I phoned the takeaway to tell them - waste of time really. They've said the next one I have will be free. Then after coming off the phone I went back to my plate and found an even bigger piece!

Think I might go and have half a glass of wine..........

I forgot to say - we came home today and there was a parcel leaning against the front door with my name on it and "Weinachten 2008" (Christmas 2008) on it. I opened it to find the present that Husband ordered but was out of stock last year - he had a terrible time finding it but here it is :)

Apparently it is flat out impossible to get cherry red DM boots in a woman's size in Germany, but now I have them. And this year Santa will be bringing me turquoise patent ones!!

I'm having a quiet strop...

OH is still adamant he is going to see his godsons tomorrow night and staying over. It's just taken my sister four and a half hours to do a normally one hour journey in the same part of the country and they're expecting more snow tonight and tomorrow night.

I'm annoyed that there's so much left to do here and yet he's going off to see his friends, risking having an accident and hurting himself or the car (can't afford to fix it!) just before Rhys' first Christmas.. He knows how much I panicked that night about a month ago when he came straight home instead of picking me up and my Dad ended up calling the police to check it there had been an accident.

Not yet, but we've been looking at them today and I still have no clue what we're getting!
