I'm interested as it's difficult on here when you don't have a young baby and are one of only two males.

DD is 12
DS is 9
Quite a gap, it was an unexpected surprise, but looking forward to it.

Nothing in the freezer is in boxes unless it needs to be :rotfl: The burgers are in sandwich bags, as are Keira's staples, the fish fingers! A lot of the stuff is bags of frozen veg which makes no difference to what I put in it, the mince is in bags as are the chiken thighs. SERIOUSLY IS NO ROOM! Lol......

Nah even if I joint the chook, there won't be room. We need to be big fattys and scoff through a bunch of it.

Can I cook the chicken in the SC? I'll turn it into pies, OH's sandwichs for work, chicken fried rice and perhaps spiced up chicken pitas again. So I guess nothing else will be coming out the freezer for a few days. I may actually give my mum some food!

and OH has promised me a chest freezer in the New Year, the cats wont be happy having to share their toilet room with one

Oh yes, a nice gap indeed. Nice surprise for you all, but I see why you may feel a little wary of posting as most have younger children than the pair of us, so we have little in common with current conditions (and being a single father always is seen as a negative and makes me even more alien )

Best of luck with child number 3. Any idea of the gender?
