I think it would work
and then with all that newspaper get the girls to make mache savings pigs, and with the colour supplement, glossy gift bags.Greener and very :money:
Haha....I'm not sure I could get the girls to do that. Maybe I could get Lucy to help them.....at the moment she can make them do anything...:cool:searching_me wrote: »MOTM im getting a couple im sending philip through with one .. but i think zoes a little young :rotfl: x
Well, I was thinking maybe me, 16yo, 15yo and 13yo and making a giftset for Lucy. Maybe just 3 and pay a little more. 13yo would be okay, but maybe she's a little too shyMaybe just the 3 of us and get a little gift for Lucy from the girls as a 7-some.
Buttonmoons wrote: »That would work MOTM, I'm intending to do the same to get my mums Xmas presents.....I'm getting her the vanilla perfume, it's very nice, if you like vanilla!
Also Saturday telegraph has a free voucher for Phase 8 and you get a free scarf worth £20. That's OH's mum gift sorted :rotfl:
Hmmm, Vanilla....Do they do White Musk? I saw some White Musk of Lucy's, but it wasn't Body Shop - will it be similar smelling?
£20 scarf eh...I swear i've seen Phase 8 somewhere.....but not as a standalone shop, in some kind of department store....Debenhams? Or am I dreaming?
Forgot to say, I managed to get some Pashmina's. Apparently you can put thin ones in your hairI bought purple, red, white and beige. I'm unsure if she will like these ones, but she said she likes them in general

Yeah they are normally in John Lewis and the likes but I'm certain there is a stand alone stand at one of the malls in town. If I'm right, then I'll be getting 3 papers to get all 3 colours
Just ordered myself a whiteboard/corkboard off amazon for my kitchen. Sick of OH using up the last of something and not telling me. Plus it will stop be loosing forms from Keira's nursery lol. Got her the peppa pig giant snakes and ladders too for Xmas, it's £1 cheaper than argos. savings!!
Oh and the moxie girl I got for my sister Ellie, isn't the one she wants! I should of known she doesn't like dolls. She wants the one that is just a head and shoulders, and comes with hair stuff, so you style their hair and whatnot. I recall having something like that when I was a kid. Anyways, toysrus want £35 for it  Argos £20 for the blonde one, so she is getting that and I'll give Keira the moxie girl though OH has been lecturing me about giving her toys that will sexualise her, i tried to tell him it isn't a bratz doll with bj lips and come hither me eyes.....
how can he say anything anyways, he kills zombies in front of her! She takes the pole off her kitchen and calls it her zombie stick. WHATEVER !0 -

We'll say well done instead. It's much more meaningful

It's just £5 off, no change if spend under £5. I know what you mean about smallprint etc though. Got to be careful.searching_me wrote: »carla gay OH didnt get paid and i cant afford for both of us so wont be til next year now x

I'll ask the girls if they know. There is nothing they don't know between them
A board of some sort is useful. Messages, reminders and all that. Unless someone takes one off that needn't have been

Would be great to see a picture when it fits!
I've just ordered my Joey Sling - christmas present from OH. Pelvis/Back is getting worse and I can't hold Toby for long, but he is okay in a sling so I thought I'd treat myself!
Homestart lady was nice, Toby likes her. She will entertain him while I get jobs done around the house.
Saw a couple of Mums today, and invited them round here next week, which is a big step.
ooh all sounds very exciting!
I've been naughty (ooh err misses) I ordered a new webbook the other day and I've not told OH:o how do I tell him...
ooh watching Nigella, she's making Christmassy rocky road using amaretti (sp?) instead of digestives0 -
