Hmm.. mine is quite thick too - and curly, which is another issue althogether  Might have to have a browse of some hair websites soon.. I already know one of my christmas presents is a haircut at a very nice place in town ;)

If anyone saw the girl who found her dad in "Who's Your Daddy?" on BBC3 (with Alesha Dixon), that's what I'm thinking..

Right, bathtime.. Brought home a stack of magazines from mum's so I may be a while! :D

I always kept it pixie short because it was the only way I could manage it - had to wash and style it everyday and it took forever. Now I can get away with every other day and I just need to blow dry it, do straighten it if I can be ar5ed! Thou not done it since she cut it yesterday!
There was more hair on the floor yday than when my boss had 4 inches cut of her hair and I only had a trim! It's all the weight that gets cut out of mine! Oh and I have a fringe again - a nice sidey one.

Right Dream Feed done although really thought he was gonna wake, he's a very restless sleeper! Not like me :o

MFD - that sounds like a good job and good money too!!

Hi MrsMoc - how u doing?!

Right, think I'm off to bed now. Kitchen cleaned, just need to do the floor tomorrow. Living room looks like a bombs hit it - I only did it yesterday!

At least I don't need to hoover the stairs!!

night everyone - praying that Jack sleeps thru, last time the Jabs knocked his routine out and he kept waking up in the night!

MOTM - hope you are having a nice evening :)

Maybe not, she kicked the covers off and the eyes closed as soon as I tucked her up and gave her the dummy (I was only going to the loo).

He was supposed to have a CT scan today with contrast fluid to do a full abdominal check, and to have his tube replaced and repositioned. So he went in at 9am having fasted 12 hours expecting his scan to be immediate. Their protocol says an outpatient can't have this scan, so he needed to be in a bed. But there wasn't one, and eventually they found one - in the middle bed in a 3 bed room between two dying, senile, doubly incontinent old men. He wasn't happy but agreed - then they took him down for his scan around noon (15 hours fasting by this stage) and left him sitting there in his paper gown and bed till 4pm (19 hours). Then they didn't do the contrast bit and did a regular X-ray instead, because the technician wasn't told it was a pre-surgical scan but just a checkup. So the surgeon couldn't do the replace/reposition because the Xray isn't clear at all and he'd have just been randomly poking about in there.

In the meantime, they failed to order him any dinner and threw away his lunchtime sandwich. By this time it was 6pm (21 hour fast) and he told them he needed food to take his antibiotic. He's on hardcore anti-b because he has an open tube directly into his abdominal cavity. But since the anti-b was prescribed as outpatient, and he is now inpatient, they refused to give it to him. He's also on no pain relief at all despite being in serious amounts of pain.

Phew, that was long. But I've known (or been ;) ) four people who've had dealings with the German hospital system. I had an emergency C-section because the incompetent midwives failed to give me a catheter to drain the 6-8 litres of liquid that had gone into me; a friend's partner died neglected; my friend was sent home from hospital with a leak in her amniotic fluid and her newborn is in NICU with ear, eye, stomach and blood infection; and this.

Oh my. That is awful. I saw somewhere they want €8000? Are they taking the pee?

Hopefully you can get it sorted soon and your OH can get back to full health.

    MOTM! Another stayover!!!!! ;)

I missed OH when he was working late the past two nights....home at usual time tonight,m and now im not sure why i missed him!! Watching some pathetic show. Think im gonna go bed and read. did ask him to go to bed about an hour ago, he said yea in a min, and we both still sitting downsatirs on opposite settees!!!!!! :(

I think they are going to be regular ;) The worry will be when she moves in. I don't know what tax credits I will lose etc and who to tell, but we don't need to worry about that just yet. If/when she moves in, it will be another wage, and even if were worse off, the company is better. As much as I love my girls, I need an adult sometimes.

OH not home for 2 nights and you are on opposite sides? He should be carrying you upstairs!

Ahhh that's it Tia!! Stupid Blue, they ruined denim. ALL RISE!

I just went for a wee and noticed pebble poos in the loo and shouted through to Keira (yes she is still up but she is ill.....) "Did you not flush the toilet ya wee mink?" and she says "It wasn't me, it was you! You didn't flush the toilet muuuuum, sick poop!"
