Hi BB, glad to see you're still purple
Hope you're feeling a bit better since last night - sounded horrid.
Lovely that your OH was so supportive, aren't they sweet sometimes?
Thanks for explaining about NYK, the time commitment for me is a little bit less than I was anticipating, as my OH loves to go down to the yard during the week and muck her out for me. Saves me a huge amount of work.
He mucked out today so that I could have more riding time

Hi, can I join in please?
Am joining Slimming World on tuesday.
Electronic scales at home currently weigh me at 15st 10lbs
Far to heavy for me as I'm only 5 ft 3". I want to lose 5 stone and get back to my pre-baby days size 12 (currently a snug 16!!!).
3 children altogether and the last 2 I had very close together and the weight seemed to stick around afterwards . My youngest ds is now 11 weeks old and I would love to be a lot slimmer before my summer holiday so am hoping I can get some inspiration off all of you that are doing so well!:A0 -

Thanks for all the congratulations about the size 12 coat - in the cause of honesty I should also say that I ordered some size 12 jeans from the m & $ online sale and they have to go back as they are MUCH too small. So I'm only a very occasional 12!
Gpuk I make a white sauce for lasagne by mixing low fat plain yogurt with an egg. It sets as you cook the lasgane in the oven and tastes quite cheesy without adding any cheese. Proportions of egg and yogurt depend entirely on how much yogurt and how many eggs I happen to have - it doesn't seem to matter. HTH0 -
Can i come in please?
I'm in it for the long haul, have about 8 stone to shift :think:My Lightbulb moment happened on 28th December 20090 -
So I bought some new trousers a few weeks ago, size 18 and they were baggy everywhere but my hips lol. I went to town today for new jeans and came away with size 16! Boy am I happy. :j First goal reached, now for the 14s. :rotfl:
Congratulations HoneyD - what a great start to the New Year for you. Well Done :j:j0 -

But it was a 'good' make and they do always come up bigger, I know.
Yay - go Granny that's fantastic :j:j:j0 -
Happy New Year everyone and sorry some of you didn't have a good one. OH and I decided to be boring - we chilled out in front of the TV and ate far too many pringles
Today has been slightly better although he's already broken one of his resolutions - NYK he's still smoking AARGH. Patches tomorrow so I'm told .
We were going to go to the gym but there all closed until Sunday so we made up for it by watching a kung fu film tonight and then OH decided to try to teach me some moves - not good when you're as clumsy as I am but I suppose I must have burned some calories falling about the livingroom0
