I'm on a personal challenge to eat everything in sight - so far I'm doing quite well. :o

Caspar -- you weren't stuck for 5 months you were maintaining ;)-- good practice for when the next 35lbs have come off. Welcome back.

  • Last year in January Slimming World had a couple of National Ads. giving vouchers making it cheaper to join (than the usual promotions they run in group), one was in the News of the World and one in a woman's magazine . Any Consultants out there know of anything coming up in the next week or so? I and I'm sure many others would be interested to know!

I lost 3 stone with Slimming World 3 years ago, got rid of my "big clothes", and now with my expanding waistline over the past year need to lose some weight. Fab eating plan, but you know what it's just not the same for me trying to do it at home, so I will be returning to group but as cheaply as possible!

:j thought this was to signify some exercise, not jumping for joy!

    Carry on hoping Vix!
I've given up hope, but did manage to refuse the offer of a food pack to take home from a friend today -- turned down home made brownies (but I'd already eaten two whilst I was there..... )

Need to go and eat more Christmas leftovers now. :o
