Fluffy The table is posted on a Wednesday night, if you post you loss before then - BIG BOLD AND BRIGHT - it'll get included.

Having a veggie food weeked. Went a bit mad with the bread yesterday, but am fairly sure I managed my 5 a day. Am planning on having a productive day today, am trying to finish off niggling jobs, do the housework and hopefully chill out as well (and go for a run). Fingers crossed.

    cheers :)

Im a big bread fanatic, very hard when youve got those cravings.been trying rye bread thats not too bad,bit pricy but heavy = more filling plus if you have one slice a day will last over a week if kept in cool area or freezer.(I have mine toasted with my boiled egg for breakfast)burgens soya bread good alternative too.wont ever catch me out jogging lol your more brave than me:rotfl:

BB I really wish someone would come round and declutter here. I would love to be minimalist but junk still finds it's way here.

Fluffychez, well done on the weight loss

Vix - I wasn't just going to bed then, had already been, u bad girl! Just had to catch up on sleep!

Sary, was a great night, very good company, not too sure about the music (but can't have it all). When we got back to Wishaw (my home town) we went into a pub near the station for a few before heading back. Total embarrassment, 3 of my colleagues were there. One was so shocked to see me, he shouted "OMG YOU'VE GOT BOOBS!" Guess they see me in my shapeless RM uniform too much :rotfl:We decided on takeaway food as we were both a wee bit worse for ware for cooking :D He was very old fashioned tho, everytime we crossed the road he would position himself so that he was closest to the roadside  I was wondering !!!!!! he was doing until it clicked :rotfl:Twas quite sweet tbh.

However, I don't think it will go anywhere, he's a really lovely chap, but i'm not looking for a relationship atm. Prefer to have some fun. We will still have some fun and continue to be friends.

My first love from school also called me at 3am (missed call) and I was baffled as to why he would call me. Then discovered our old school had burned down last night so I'm guessing it was that. So am hoping that's what it was, refuse to call him back just in case it's something else :)

Due to all the chinese takeaways being closed, we ordered a big munchie box. Still grazing my way through it as I write this. So looking at a definite gain for next week :( But it was FUN! :j:j:j

  • mazza - my OH does that re roundside - if we cross over we have to swap hands if it makes me the one by the road. I'm very independent but it is sweet and part of 'him' so am happy to oblige.

As for the declutter- we are in part two of combining 2 households. It's been just my OH for ages with some of his stuff but now so much more is coming over so I had to do something to clear space and it's only a small house that we already share with a lodger. And I find if everything has a home than it is easier to put away and keep a place tidyish.

I've been picking at food today, but all 'ok' food: quorn sausgaes, boiled eggs, fruit and ryvita with humous. Dinner will be cottage pie with butternut and carrot mash on top: I had one portion left over that I froze a few weeks ago.
I try to take one day at a time, but sometimes several days attack me at once

Had a bit of a relaxed weekend with food, which I probably didn't completely deserve after only a STS, but I will knuckle down with the plan from tomorrow. I'm sure it hasn't done much harm.

Exercise for last 7 days was a total of 30.5km running, 72.8km cycling, plus swimming and my weekly springboard diving lesson :) I'm looking forward to bringing back more variety in my routine soon.

BB good to hear things are looking positive on the scales and with the house organisation etc! Will you do some before & after pics of the attic?

Sary I am really impressed with all the DIY, house, gardening type stuff you turn your hand to! There seems almost nothing you aren't willing to tackle!

the declutterer I am using has a great website and emphasises you are in control of what gets chucked - they go at your pace.

But I think that's where the problem would be ... for example at work they declutter when I'm not there becasue if I get to be in control I either put it all back or take it home with me. I think I must have been a squirrel in a former life. :o

vix, nah, i'm happy being single. Bit of background, I met my x husband when I was 16, married at 19  God I was young and stupid, but wouldn't change a thing, have 2 great kids out of it. Was with him until I was 32. Had a year on my own. Totally on my own. Then I had a 4 year relationship, which ended in April(ish). So am enjoying my time on my own. Haven't had so much fun in years :D

made wedges for the first time with the actifry last night (im a chip junkie) and omg they where amazing, even better than the chips :T only used 60% of the oil they recommend as well, went superbly with a leg of lean lamb (Sunday night is treat meal night), we soaked the pealed potatoes for 30 mins before cutting and cooking them, i dont know if this is what improved the flavour?

    yummy

weight loss was consistent with last week which was surprising as the lamb and wedges felt like a very guilty meal even thou it wasn't :D I have dropped my BMI (yeah i know its a rubbish guide but at this stage it will do) down 6 points since i started on 4/1/10

Will start working some exercise into the regime this week.

Did some money saving on sat in sainsburys, dish washer tablets where £3.50 of a large box so I bought 10 of them :) we still have 6 boxes of washing powder left from when they where half price :)
