Well the end of the first week of my new life and I have to say I have been enjoying eating more food and making myself exercise nightly instead of sitting on the sofa watching TV. I have had more will power than I thought I had but it was week 1.
My food diary is the best thing I have done so I can track what I ate and at what time so I can try and spot mistakes as they occur. Although at this rate I am going to go orange from all the carrots I'm eating :rotfl:
Ok so I can announce I have had an amazing 7 lb Loss!
:j:j:j:j:j:j:j <--- 1 for each 1lb loss
I am celebrating by having a cup of coffee with skimmed milk and another carrot before another hour of wii free step watching 24.
Well done to everyone for the losses this week please do not expect this on a regular basis I think it was my body going into shock. I am hoping to go to a regular 2lb or 3lb/week loss in the future.
Have a good evening eveyone<-- that is me right now

a 1lb gain for me please - just too difficult to focus at the mo. Sigh.

1lb on please Fred --- hanging my head in shame but still can't get my &rse into gear.
Too much going on, too many decisions to make. Looks as if I might be offerd a post-retirement job two and half days a week - based between my own school and the junior school. Not entirely sure if it's what I want - I was looking forward to the extra flexibilty after retiring but always hoped for a bit of work. So I'm not even sure why I'm not sure if this is what I want ....I should be jumping at it .... IYSWIM.

Oh wow! have now gone back and read all the fantastic results. Well done to all you losers and STSers. You are all amazing and wonderful, especaillly AIWITS.
And those few of us who haven't quite managed a loss or a zero well we tried (a bit) and we'll try a bit harder next week.
Please could someone tell me what a burpee is before Vix pops up and gives us her version? I've just eaten and she may be rather too graphic in an imaginative way.
And I still can't find the confused smiley. I've looked down the back of the sofa AND under the bed in the fluff.0 -
