managed to shock myself again. -1lb for me. Guessing it's a bounce on the scales or something, cos there's absolutely no way i have lost anything this week.

I am not looking at my weight, but on my BMI and actually, only with using Wii Fit Plus, Imanaged to get down from 25.15-ish to 24.55-ish in only 5 weeks.

Have been out for dinner at the weekend, had a beer and a bit more to eat than usual, but still sitting at about 25.6-ish

Weighed in this morning and its a 1.4lb loss for me this week. Chuffed with this as with being signed off with my knee I can't exercise, I'm barely even walking so having to do everything through diet alone. It would be so easy to pile on the pounds while I'm so sedentary, so to loose over a lb is great for me. This takes me to 139.8lbs, under 140lbs for the first time in yeras!

  • well done on all these great losses everyone. What time do you need the results to do the chart? As i am at work and will not be weighing until i get home. Hopefully should have result by 6 if this is ok?
Victory i made jamie pancakes for breakfast yesturday with a grated apple in them. With low fat natural yoghurt and a teaspoon of honey they were lovely and kept me full until well beyond my normal lunch time :)

After sticking at STS for 3 weeks, I'm now down to 75.2 kg

That means, lost 400g since last week, I now weigh 11 stone 11 1/2 pounds.

That's less than I have weighed for a very long time.

I'm enjoying aqua-aerobics (Mondays) and adult beginners' swimming (Tuesdays) and am making progress with the swimming.
