There must be some sort of evil anti slim thing living in the room opposite, got back from work feeling a bit peckish and not fancying my soup and found two empty pizza boxes outside the room opposite - now I fancy pizza! Luckily I've had my main meal at lunch time so should be ok but think my food shopping trip may be difficult.

Hi everyone, just letting you know that it has this afternoon/tonight taken me over 5 hours to drive 14 miles home from work.

If the weather is the same tomorrow I may be holed up in a hotel somewhere with no pc (rather than driving home) so the chart will be done as soon as I can if that happens - but I will post it tomorrow if I get home tomorrow night.

Sorry if that's come out garbled :o

Hope everyone is safe in the snow.

NO PIZZA STEP AWAY FROM THE PIZZA:D;)

I have been thinking that tomorrow no weigh in for me as I started yesterday and 2 days into it can't be worth it and don't want to upset myself so will weigh in next wednesday with some days of dieting behind me...is there any way of putting on the chart for me that I have 10lb to loose as I have changed my sig, to loose the 8lb xmas gain and the 2lb already there is 10lb is that being pinked means? If not can you clear me off totally and say 10lb? I know what I mean if that helps:rotfl: I did once come off the chart but could not cope with it but I can cope now that I know that I have lost 7 stone or 98lb that is the past this is the present so could you please 10lb me? Gracias x

Crumbs was just talking about the chart and you came on:rotfl: the snow is supposed to come in the night here and 6 inches so far just a flurry, the kids are anxious it does no school:rotfl: last time of the snow it took my OH 1 hour and 20 mins to be shovelled out of our drive way with me constantly begging him not to bother and to call in sick but he went thanks to the neighbours coming out and helping him, then it took him many an hour to get there:rolleyes:

Just watched the diet show on channel 4, learnt nothing, cut back on the calories to loose weight really? don't eat choc, crisps, cakes, mountains of pasta, really? eat 1,200 cals a day to loose, really? Waste of an hour of my life that I will never get back:rotfl:then in the paper Paul Mckenna again with I can make you thin, lady lost 6 stone just by eating slower, putting her knife and fork down, all his hints on how to do it, uhm:rolleyes: then Hannah has dumped her husband after loosing all that weight, my son read it and said 'that is a bit tight, he stuck with her when she was like that and now she is not she is off':rotfl:

    Hi all,

Stay safe Fred, and whenever you do the chart will be fine by us. We'll just report in as usual for you.

I've had an OK day today, but had a 'sugar dip' today, which is probably the result of me trying not to eat carp now, and my body is adjusting. I also really craved something sweet after our evening meal, and relented and had a couple of the little lemon cakes I made at the w/end.

I also got the Wii fit board to work again today, and wish I hadn't! When I found out how much weight it says I've gained i was mega pee'd off. Oh well, it just reaffirms the message of what I have to do.
