Sorry Beanie, I missed your post for some reason. The thing is, I'm able to exercise again. Knee is all sorted and stronger than ever (so they tell me, pity my knee tells me otherwise). Back doing part of a duty at work. Maybe about 2 hrs of walking with weights ;) Which with the heavy snow is surely burning more calories? At least I would think it does with the way you have to lift the tree trunk legs to get through it :rotfl:

Victory: ive forgotten the womans name now! She does alot of west end shows and 60 minute make over too i think? The one where she was thin and then piled on alot of weight, then went to america to see if she could get any work?

Apparently she got alot more male attention when she was heavier!

Like you dmv, it takes a loss of a couple of stone for me to drop a dress size - wish it didn't though!! The back size on my bra may drop one size but the cup size barely changes! Now that I wish would change!

When I was just 18 (a distant memory now...) I actually weighed just over 9 stone for a little while and still I was a size 12!! So guess I'm destined to never have a size 10 label  - I may be on the short side but I just dont think I will ever be "petite".

But I just know I feel better in myself with a few stone off, so thats what I'm focusing on- and the fact that I'll be able to wear my pre-pregnancy clothes again and not my very limited wardrobe I have at the moment!

Can I just say I'm very impressed with how so many of you didn't put any weight on over christmas or stayed the same!!!! :A I need to get in that frame of mind,

The back size on my bras dropped and the cup size increased! I'm not complaining as it means I have an excuse to go underwear shopping again!

So, went to work and got it the second I walked in, apparently there had been a row about my hours set by my supervisor before she went and the boss did not like them, then he went on about me giving out the wrong prescription, then my colleague did something with a prescription he did not like and went on at me long and over and over about how not to do it and I never did it, it was really bad, every second he was calling my name and telling me this and that and he can abide incompetence and this is a chemist not asda and I am sure you have worked all your life in Asda but this is not one etc, on and on right up until I left, when I went in this afternoon I said good afternoon and he never answered me so when I went I did not bother to say bye, such a shame all this work business

Anyway filled out my WW measurements weight BMI etc for Jan 2010 and have writen myseld a stern note in there that have to put the upmost effort into sorting it out and loosing and getting back to it so there, told myself off had a perfect eating day, numbers are lovely, feel better, enjoyed it roll on day 2 and the weight loss:D

Victory, ure boss sounds like a complete !!!!!!. Maybe you should ask to have a meeting with him. Explain that you know that you done wrong, but there's no need for him to keep reminding you. You have learned from your mistake. Is this happening in front of customers btw?

Your day at work sounds horrid Victory but well done on the perfect eating day.

Went to the gym tonight, twenty minutes on a treadmill cos it was too hot to do any more. Wanted run outdoors but got sidetracked when I came in and then chickened out of a run in the complete dark! Knackered and hungry now.
