i had been drinking green tea to boost my metabolism and it was working but i hate the tatste so much i was "forgetting" to drink it.
but i just had this morning my first mug of green coffee and it tastes fab!
apparently you can lose up to 4lbs per month without any change to your diet!
though others might like to try it0 -

Although i think this weight is more water retention so hopefully not all bad.
I got measured saturday and my waist has shrunk by 3 inches since october even though i not lost weight since then so i was very happywould love to win an ipad!

is it the tetley green tea? they have been drinking it in work and say its foul.. might give it a bash, i am struggling just now and put weight on again.
Nescafe Green blend coffee. i have to say the green tea was helping but i found it disgusting. had to pinch my nose to drink it(and thats something as i normally eat and drink anything, which is maybe why i have to drink green tea in the first place!)
coffee tastes great, will let you know over the coming weeks how i get on with it.0 -
Well, registered at Slimming World last night, the leader is lovely and the ladies all seem really nice.
Trouble is, I can't get my head round it at all! It's soooooooo confusing!

I got off my backside today and done some power walking, pushing the pram for 90 minutes ~ my arrrrs is killing me now lol!!
Deffo can't get my head around SW, WW is so easy but all this can eat can't eat, red day green day, free food etc etc is a pain in the bum lol!Tank fly boss walk jam nitty gritty...0 -
