I need the class for motivation ~ if I know I'm gonna get weighed at a class, I stick to it, whereas if I do it myself, I will cheat!

i have done my weigh n today and have finally lost some weight again. Since before christmas i have been putting on a few and losing them again but really been struggling.

so 4lb off this week which has really given me a boostI am aiming to be below 14st by next sunday so minimum loss of 2lb.:D

well done you! we were out last night for a family meal and i hardly ate all day so i could enjoy it. I had a started and a main and when everyone was having desert i opted for a coffee! i love my deserts too but thought better of it.

I've just done an hour on the Wii fit! The last time I went on it was 200 days agoand in that time I've put on over a stone :eek::o:o

i go on it daily to weigh myself but not used the fitness programmes for months, i dont have time to do them just now but will be making time soon! When the lighter mornings come in i wil lbe up hour early to do things like this, i just cant face it on dark/cold mornings.

Thanks hunny, my thighs are killing me now lol, was on the step and hula hoop one for ages!
Tried to go on the tennis on the Wii sports, but the remote must need batteries because it wouldn't let me serve the ball, or swing for a shot ~ all the crowd was booing me :rotfl::rotfl:

Good news first, had my first weigh in last night and I've lost 5lb ~ not bad considering it's star week!
Bad news, I've been doing the Wii fit all week and I've done my back in doing the hula hoop one! I feel like I felt when I was right at the end of my pregnancy, can't straighten up at all lol!Tank fly boss walk jam nitty gritty...0
