Not got my vitals but I am doing the C25K jogging plan with the OH. Hoping to increase my activity and it will counter the stuff I eat so I do not have to go without. I do not eat mega bad or anything, just like food :-) Though I am swapping to more veggie heavy dishes such as stews and meat and 2 veg dishes!
Just done week 2 and we can both tell we are getting better as our recovery time after the run is better already!
Good luck all
xxx2010 is the year of bargain shopping! Time to money save, exercise and plan! I like to keep busy0 -

It means Couch '2' 5k and its a nine week plan. OH found it as it we were discussing going back to the gym to get in shape but to save cash we thought cancel the gym and find something else to do! True MSE :-)
There is an iPhone app which we use and it tells you when to jog and when to run as its all about building up from doing a little e.g. run 1 min, walk 1.30 min and repeat for 20 mins to the final week when you are meant to be able to run for 30 mins! Cant quite see it yet myself...
I've explained it badly but details are here...

I really want to tone up and for my current clothes to not feel as tight as they do. I'm not on an official diet but I am cutting out all of the snacks and eating in between meals. I have been walking to work 2-3 times per week (about 3 mile round trip) since mid July and my butt and thighs are a lot more toned and lifted...I now need to work on my food. I also go jogging with the OH on a Sunday. I just wanna feel and look good for my wedding on 01/10/10.Earning Swagbucks since May 2012
