    Hi Everyone

I've been waiting to join, but wanted to go to my weightwatchers weigh in first.

Just got back and I've lost 1.5 this week :T not exactly sure how as had mad chocolate cravings! Must have been the 2 hours kick boxing on sunday morning!

    Start date: 3rd November 2009
    Start Weight: 15st 9.5lb
    Height: 5' 2"
    Goalweight: 10st
To be reached by: October 2010
Small steps target: 8.5lbs by weigh in on 22.12.09
    Reached: (enter date)
    2nd target:
    Reached: (enter date)
    Start dress size: 20
    Target dress size: 14

I lost 3.5lbs before I went on hols and put on 2.5lbs, whoops! so now I have lost 2.5lbs in total. If I hit the 1st target I'll have lost my first 5% :j Fingers crossed!!!

Just read my targets and my figures seem a little optimistic, eek!

    Good luck everyone!!
    Getting hitched! 23/10/10!! :T

Are you sure you are intaking enough calories???
That seems too little to me, you may loose in the beginning but surely youir body will start storing cos it's not getting enough

The trick with WW is eat as much veg you can fit onto your plate (becareful not to eat any that are points)

I lived off tomatoes and mushrooms on WW bread toasted which is 1 point per slice

i usually have veg too yesterday was not me cooking dinner;) i have to average about 1250 calories a day to lose weight and about 1500 to maintain. i tend to struggle Thursdays as i am off and take my gran shopping and like all grannies she is not happy unless you eat something! Saturday & sunday also being off so i probably take in a but more on those days so it averages out. :D

Not sure what's happening but I couldn't resist jumping on the scales again for a peek

Between Monday 6:30am and today 6:30am I have lost 5.4lbs

I'm going to weigh myself at work and make sure my electronic scales aren't playing up

    naughty naughty:naughty::rotfl:

I do a body test on the wii daily as it tells me off if i dont which i find helps. Its also very accurate as i compared it to scales at work and there is only a difference of half a lb. We have proffessional scales at work that are calibrated regulary. you could possibly have lost the weight but it could be excess water just now but still a loss is a loss and you should feel happy about it.

I have just to lose 2lb now so that i will be overweight and no longer classed as obese:D
