Sashybo - I hope you feel better soon.

Thank you everyone for your warm wishes. I managed to eat a mashed potato, carrots and onion mix last night before going to sleep and now feel back to normal. Apart from the fact that I am now starving hungry! lol. Mmmmm food today, yay! :)

  • I dont double check the counters totals :rotfl:I cant wait to see the full on annual total!

Are we starting from scratch in Januaury with a new running total?

I think that's what happened last year, but wasn't on here then.
Just blame it onto a spreadsheet. (Don't mention who set it up). ;)
Spreadsheet, what spreadsheet! You must be one of these modern types :D

IDo the banks get fed up with small transactions ?

Oh I hope so! I make my payments to CC's via online banking and there is no minimum so sometimes only send a few pence. Every penny counts. For those I can't do online, I put the money aside and make one off payments. I can ring them up and pay, but the cost of the call is more than I'm paying whereas online is free, and sooooo easy.

My PaD for today is the money saved from my budget for last nights meal with family so £6

OK, well, my Euro's have reached the UK and turned into pounds already. A lot quicker than expected (but still welcomed) as I only sent them on Christmas Eve and today is the first working day for the UK since then! :)

Anyway, it's been so quick that neither of my credit card's have issued the monthly statements yet. So, just a small start today, with a PAD to the Vile Virgin CC of 82.49 GBP.

I will PAD more to that one once I receive the monthly statement - just to make sure I meet the minimum payment within the correct timeslot. What a pain.

Ahh, that's really cheered me up that has. Also, had a look at my snowball calculator and the VCC should be cleared in May. That's only 5 months away people and I will have, for the first time ever, cleared a credit card without transferring the debt! :) Sooo looking forward to that :)

Been on BB this morning, didnt win a penny :( Still mustnt grumble :D

Im hating this bank holiday weekend lark, ive been trying to withdraw from BB for ages but its just not moving, its on hold no doubt till today so now have £65 waiting on withdrawl

Im hoping some late christmas presents might come int he post today so thatll keep me busy, after I tackle the mountain of ironing that is..........unless I have any takers>>>:p

Ok on to business, PAD today of £10.00 again please to car savings.
Oh I need to confess too, I went on the internet and accidentally managed to buy a condenser dryer :o im sure youll appreciate that with 6 people in the house and the bad weather, trying to dry things on radiators is costing me a fortune in heating so im hoping that a dryer will cut the gas costs a little and thus pay for itself :D
Cost is £210 (cheapest they had) and 3 months interest free so not all bad and it will be paid without extra costs

Ok gonna go, lots to do and stil need to take dd to town for a new school bag
    Have a good day everyone
