  • Yes - but if you really believe all the cr*p you post on here, you could sell your home, and rent something so much better and then buy an even nicer home in 2 years by profiting from everyone else's tomfoolery?

    So why don't you grow a pair of balls and do this?

    I think we know why. It's all bluff . If it's really the best time to sell, then why the hell aint you selling?

    yes - two BTL's in 2008 and residential in 2009

    the key was one BTL is on BR+0.39% and the other on 5.7% 5 year fix
    residential on 4.69% on a 5 year fix

    on higher rates i wouldn't have bothered
