You are indeed doing well.....see, it all comes together eventually!
As for snacks, I have often had a boiled egg as a mid afternoon snack - very filling, and surprisingly satisfying.
Ok, so not as satisfying as a creme egg would be, but hey, we can't have everything can we

I got a call from my Dad this morning warning me not to go out because the ice was so bad. I thought "As if!".
Then OH went flying off the step and nearly broke his back!
I've never seen ice like it. I always pour warm water on the windscreen to de-ice it, but this morning it didn't even penetrate - it was like glass!
There was temptation at every corner this morning. It's the first time I've been near shops since before Christmas and the evil 70% off signs were luring me in
I did have a look around (occupational hazard ), but resisted (clothes, though I got plenty of kids birthday cards dirt cheap :money:). It was sooooooo hard, as there were bargains galore....
Lost another 1/4lb, so that's 1.5lbs this week :T, which is a miracle as I have raging PMT0 -
Well done on the weight loss mac you are doing fab.0

Well done on the resistance - bear in mind as well, it will just be tat left now!
The ice was a shocker wasn't it, I nearly went over on the way to the train, like an ice rink outside our house today.

Thanks ladies
Actually IMD, I saw plenty of gems amongst the tat! Some loooooovely things in All Saints......*sigh*
I did cave in a buy OH a birthday pressie though. It's something he desperately needed and I got staff discount, so not too bad. Try as I might, I just couldn't bring myself to follow Hypno's advice and wrap up a toilet roll :rotfl:
That's HARDCORE :money: I'm only on level 1!
Hope your day was better?0 -
Good Morning!
50p on one Scartchcard this morning, so £10.05 payout requested and only 30p to go before another £5 :j
The overdraft does not look healthy, but I will continue to tackle that.
More snow yesterday, so DD's school is closed due to severe ice. Both kids are going to my parent's today, which is on the other side of town - up another very icy road....
Right, best go a rally the troops!0 -
Have a good Day! - We have not had much more snow, just a flurry in the night. Hope you get everyone where they need to be safely with all this ice!Emergency Savings Fund - £11002015 Mortgage overpayments = £0
