I have just opened a seller account on Amazon and listed 10 books :T Go me!!
I've undercut some sellers and that might make me unpopular, but these are desperate times and I need to be ruthless!:D:D
It is still snowing like billio here - a total whiteout. I have to say I'm sick of it now (though being South of the Border, I know I shouldn't complain). Anyhow, it's scuppered any running plans for tomorrow (phew!), but I will just have to run faster round the house!
The tree will have to be cut up and tied up tomorrow and I'm really not looking forward to that  Then the downstairs will be blitzed within an inch of it's life.
I also have mucho ironing to do (joy), so might tackle that first thing.
Will have another mooch, then off to bed, night xx0 -
I shall be blitzing with you tomorrow, macgirl......we can do it!

Word of warning though - last time I sold on Amazon I would get emails from them telling me that they had sent money to my account but they would sometimes be days after people had ordered. I had to check my seller account every day to make sure.0 -
Hi Mac,
Totally agree, undercutting is the way to get sells. Their new rules are that they only pay you AFTER you've posted the item now. Best of luck.
My genius brother sent to the US to get my dad a DVD for Christmas. He forgot that Region 1 often don't play over here. You have to practice to be that special. So now it's on Amazon - lets see if someone with a compatible player wants it.
Is anyone else disappearing under snow?

:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl: You need to forget visiting the Fringe and get your own show going with The Fresian! You'd make a mint
That is a bummer about getting paid after you've sent it - not sure I like that, but I have stuff to sell and debts to bust, so needs must....0 -
Macgirl, I hope you don't mind me subscribing to your diary. You're humorous and inspiring, and that's what I'm looking for at the moment!
You have some great goals for 2010 & would love to see you achieve them! I'm very intrigued about your crafting.

I too am intrigued to see what my crafty thing will be....Need to take inspiration from the £100 to £10k thread and do some "Mind Mapping".
Don't forget to give me a kick up the bum next week. Once I go back to work, the enthusiasm will have been bashed out of me :rolleyes:0 -
I'm going to check out this £100 into £10k thread. Sounds wonderful! Off for some 'light' reading I think.Debt @ LBM 29/12/08 - £49044! It is my new favourite thread RC! In fact I had a brainwave in bed last night for my money making scheme :j
(But I'm going to keep that cunning plan to myself for now......sorry!)
The news looming over me today is
22 DAYS TO PAYDAY - DOOM!:o:o
If I don't magic some extra cash from somewhere this month, I WILL go overdrawn and that cannot happen.
Of course I'll keep my usual January tradition of walking round the streets with eyes peeled looking for money!
I've sold all my "Big" stuff on Ebay, prams, new mobile, car seats etc, so everything else will just net me piddly amounts
After I'd listed my 10 books last night, feeling all virtous I strolled over to my new favourite thread, only to read someone had "just listed 200 books on Amazon!!"
I really need to crack on this week.
Off to scratch - and maybe chance my arm on a paid one
Then I need to tackle my ironing and start on the dreaded tree....
Have a good day to anyone reading, Mac xx0
