:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:
Oh that has put a smile on my face!
I leave the house at 6.30 every morning and I have to leave the uniform and clothes ready for both kids ready each night :rolleyes:.
However I don't mind, as my friend had been away for a few days with work once and when she picked her DD up from nursery, she was wearing jeans and a pyjama top! :rotfl:
:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:this made me laugh....
My OH moans that our life is 100 miles per hour...non stop.....its busy but I am the only one organising, planning and preparing to try and get it to go smoothly.....he is stuck firmly in the slow lane!! Dragging a one wheeled blooming trailer!!LBM Total: £33356 15/11/09 :eek: £6085.63 paid

My OH is exactly the same, does'nt understand why i have to be up at 6.30 am just:rolleyes: to get the kiddies to school for 8.45, when he can roll out of bed 15mins before he needs to set off for work :mad:, Drives me mad.0
-
Yep, sounds familiar :rolleyes:
£13 landed in the account yesterday from Ebay and another %.52 is on it's way courtesy of Virgin scratchcards
I'm a bit :mad: with myself today though. LAst week I got a parking ticket in a "free" car park where they have just introduced a ticketing system to stop people parking all day.
I managed to beg a ticket off a couple who were leaving, so planned to send it off with the fine and get off :cool:;)
But I CANNOT FIND THE TICKET!!!! And I think I'm past the 7 day period tomorrow, so the fine will be £60 :eek:
Why Why Why can't I get my act together??!! Totally p***ed off with myself.
On a happy note DD is Mary tomorrow - can't wait for that!0 -
Right, tonight I need to get on with things - and stay off here :rolleyes:
I intend to wrap all the remaining presents and make a list of any stragglers that still need to be bought - hopefully that won't be too many.
Write some more Christmas cards and post them all tomorrow (American and Aussie ones sent today :A)
Make a list of food needed for my Mum's party; I'm going to go to the butchers and order the meat tomorrow.
I need to go to the Post Office and post cards and get a quote for posting an Ebay item to the US.
I'm also on a mission to see the bottom of the washing pile - which is now doable with the help of the new love of my life - the tumble dryer
As well as that I'm steadily decluttering - so hopefully the lost parking ticket will show up :rolleyes:
Oh and I'm also starting - Phase 2 of "Get back into my Party Dress" before next Sunday :eek: This will involve 2 runs this weekend and no more than 2 chocolates (ok maybe 3) a day from the tins at work.
That's enough for now....0 -
Wow mac, i thought i was busy, well done on getting christmas cards posted, i hav'nt even written mine yet, kiddies are on with theirs now.
I could'nt live without my dryer either, not very mse, but needs must when you have little ones.0 -
Good luck on finding that car park ticket!!Successful women can still have their feet on the ground. They just wear better shoes. (Maud Van de Venne)Life begins at the end of your comfort zone (Neale Donald Walsch)0

Oh I hope you find the car park ticket, it is probably somewhere VERY safe!
Following on from my simple request to get son's uniform out, I collected him from his Grandma's today after work and he was physically holding up his trousers. Old dimwit had sent him to school in trousers aged 7/8 (he is 5!!) which my sister had passed on and were tucked away in bottom drawer with other bigger clothes :rolleyes: So poor son has been running around with his trousers halfway past his knees - what his school thinks of me I don't know! I wouldn't mind but Grandma took him to school and even she didn't notice!

oooh IMD - 5 crunchies - surely one of them has my name on it?Onward and upward - with the odd step to the side
November GC £255/£3000 -
:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl: I feel your pain IMD!
Well the majority of the pressies are wrapped! :j:j:j But I did so with the help of a few Mini Chocolate Orange segments - Mmmmm mmm! (So much for the diet)
I have never wrapped Christmas presents so early - I have to say it does feel great. I can look forward to a relaxing Christmas Eve now - that's when I usually do it.
No car park ticket thoughIt was all wrapped up together with the actual parking ticket (fine) - so I'm going to concoct some story about my DH throwing it out and pull out an Oscar winning performance of a frantic, yet honest woman and see where that gets me

Forgot to add that the best thing about this Christmas is that not one penny has gone on a credit card, for the first time in years :T :A0
