 at the Virgin card. I had a problem with a DD and they reinstated the deal without a problem, it's just a pain having to sort it out.

Exhausted today. Came home, fed, bathed and put the kids to bed, then fell asleep myself until 11.30pm

Thankfully I don't have to leave so early tomorrow, so have got my kit ready to go for run.

I sorted the Virgin card, but someone said it might show on my credit file, because they got a debt collection agency involved (who rang me again today at work - I felt like a criminal).
I do feel relieved though, that it is the day before payday and I am well within my overdraft limit - the month before Christmas! :j It's a small victory, but I'm hanging onto it for dear life :D

That's it. No bingo wins, just off to scratch now, before I lose them.
    Goodnight x

I read that as "only managed 2 Crunchies".........which I was pretty impressed with until I realised that you were talking exercise type stuff, not yummy type stuff

Oh I could easily manage 2 Crunchies before work :D

Went to pick up my "parcel" but it was in fact a letter from my car insurance, telling me my policy had been cancelled - 2 days ago!:mad::mad::mad:

I came home to phone them only to find they don't open until 9am, so have just got off the phone. The letter was dated the same date as another letter they sent with the Certificate of Motor Insurance....

Anyway, the letters "crossed in the post" and "everything is ok". Except that I am mega late for work and my blood pressure went sky high! I was furious. All that stress for nothing

I thought, well another 10 minutes won't harm, I'll have a game of bingo to see if I get lucky before work :D But no :( will try tonight.

    Payday today too - whoopee!:j

Hugs to you thats a lot of stress over the last few days.

No wonder you weren't talking to me on bingo when you said you were on another site I was hoping you had found another bingo site to try but you were obviously on here. I managed to win £2.50 on my last game not a lot but it is £2.50 I did not have this morning :D

Hope you have a better day.

heavens, sorry to hear all the stress which you've had thrown at you today.
I think crunchies are in order today :) If you don't want the chocolate version i do have a cat with the same name who will share her purring with you.

I have a mission as well, i currently pay £1k a month towards debts, and i need to bring my df date forward by 6 months so i have to try and find another £225 each month to enable me to do that. doesn't sound like much but it's killing me to pay the £1k. (my loans are about £725 a month so i'm already overpaying)

    Hi DT and LT!

Well played the rest of my Brucie Bonus, but not a penny - guess I've had my free BB gift, so can't complain!

Today felt like Thursday all day, so was a bit disappointing to keep remembering it wasn't :(
I have a long list of things to do this evening. Mum and Dad go on hols tomorrow for 3 weeks, so I need to send out all the invitations and start thinking about food for the party (as I am making it all ).

Lots of my close family very thoughtfully decided to have birthdays around Christmas, so need double presents
Tonight, I intend to start wrapping things to see where I'm upto and what I still need to buy.

I have to say I'm very considered in my purchases these days - not at all carefree. I really have changed.:j Even a friend at work noticed I'm being more thrifty (tight).

Nothing else MSE to report, so better go and have something to eat - still not had dinner :o

i'm usually really controlled with chrissy pressies, but i just keep buying little bits for my OH, i've spent more than what i intended to and what we'd agreed to spend and even though i've now told myself 3 times that i've finished with his gifts i keep getting little extras.

Well I've wrapped loads tonight, so feel very pleased with myself :j
I usually leave it to Christmas week or Christmas Eve, so it feels great to be semi-organised. There are a few recycled gifts not to mention plenty of bargain pressies, so very :money:

I still have more to buy though and haven't got OH anything yet - though he said he doesn't want or need anything). I've got a voucher for 20% off everything in Selfridges on Friday, so will see if I can get some bits in there...
And must remember to use Quidco...

Right must go to bed, another early start tomorrow , night x
