:rotfl: Well I haven't done it yet KM
But I WILL!!! 10k is my preferred distance, I only really get into my stride after 4 miles, so it will be a good start to the day.
I've been applying Dove self tan for the last couple of days, so the legs are less scary.
Just ordered 30 Day Shred = £5.99 Comments on Amazon "She says she wants you to feel like you are going to DIE and you do" Great.
Also entered the trail 10k race = another £11. So this £16.99 plus the £5 from today will be deducted from next month's envelopes.
I may have to purchase a new dress and possibly shoes (:o) for my birthday. We're going away but also having a meal with a few friends when we get back. So I'm going to check out the sales and try a combination of Quidco, free delivery and any vouchers to do it as MSE as possible.0 -
Oh yes, you do feel as though you want to die! but it will be so worth it :rotfl:Successful women can still have their feet on the ground. They just wear better shoes. (Maud Van de Venne)Life begins at the end of your comfort zone (Neale Donald Walsch)0

I hope so. My legs are in ok shape with the running, but the belly region and bingo wings need attention, so a short sharp shock before B-Day is just what I need.
Right off to bed, or I will be procrastinating like a good 'un come 5.30  Night x0 -
Well, I did get up at 5.30 and do my run. I didn't sleep so well, so am feeling it now, but enjoyed it this morning. It was surprisingly busy. I'm planning on doing 5k in the morning - as fast as possible.
Off to Berlin tomorrow with work for 2 nights, so will try to avoid any spends if poss. Spent £3 today on lunch and breakfast at work (as DH ate my lunch last night )
So a long day, followed by a trip to my parent's to see my Dad as it's his birthday while I'm away. Kids are bathed, so I just need to iron a few things, then pack my bag and gather my things.
Looking forward to an early night. Hope anyone reading has had a happy Monday
