Feeling v.tired this morning, so will be slightly late into work...

On a positive note, won 35p on scratchies this morning, another Ebay item ended for £10.50 and the paperwork arrived for my new 0% card.:money:

November has been an excellent month for the £10 a Day challenge, but I really do want to keep it going and that may prove difficult.....

Will put my thinking cap on today. Have a good day if you're reading this xx
  • Found your diary again :)

Hope you weren't too late for work today! I am knackered but I think it is the combination of going to work and coming home in the dark. It's so depressing!!

I have been doing really well on the bingo and I think I have made about £120 since I joined up last Friday, it is just going into the current account and seeing me through xmas rather than going off a debt. Like you though I need to start thinking of some other things for when this finishes!
    1st debt - Next [STRIKE]£583.32[/STRIKE] [STRIKE]£408.71 [/STRIKE] £0 :j
    2nd debt - MBNA - £6,618.52
First in many many to go - baby steps and all that!
First lump sum to go - fingers crossed!
    08/06/09 - [STRIKE]£11,497.68[/STRIKE] NOW - £9,757.75

Hi IMD :hello: - nice to have a visitor! Great news on the bingo wins:T

I've just updated my real "Warts 'n' All" sig. :o:o:o
It makes for very depressing reading. I felt quite sick (not to mention embarrassed) having to update with higher figures

However I think since May when I started posting and PADding, that's when the lightbulb truly flicked on and I began to act like a serious DFW.
Before then, I was just procrastinating - hence the title

OH moans that I'm "always" on the laptop, but I've realised to get things done I have to get obsessive.
If I don't think about it all the time, I'll start spending again....

So, I'm adding to my collection of Credit Cards and shuffling the EGG balance (16.9%) onto my new 0% card.
I'm going to ring them tomorrow on the off-chance I can transfer my overdraft onto it too - but I doubt that.

Spent £30.73 at Asda today so within my shopping budget for the month :T

i'm the same, have to be obsessive about this site and trying to get debt free otherwise i'm sure i would just slip back into the old ways.

Just need to find the obsessive dieting gene.

Don't tell me that - I'm trying to convince myself it's REALLY bad - otherwise it could so easily be squillions! :rotfl:

Well LT and Chops, how about this little snippet I read yesterday...

"Nothing tastes as good as skinny feels"

    It's my new mantra!
