Ooh I need coffee - thanks for the top tip F_F!

I like the food selection, but the aisles are too narrow for 3 trollies at a time. I stopped to buy something and this old guy was trying to get past and called me a T**T!
I just stared at him open-mouthed - outrageous!!! :rotfl:

Well I'm pleased to report a very good day :j

Work has been insanely tough for the last 12 months as I've been doing 3 people's jobs
Today I had a positive break through, ending a very positive few weeks. I'm hoping that this will have positive (how many more times can I use that word:confused:) effect at my next pay review. Fingers crossed.
That would make a massive difference to my debt-busting efforts...

Didn't quite manage a NSD today, all was well until 3pm, then I caved and spent 40p on some Minstrels :o

Everything seems to be really going well. I even tidied my desk today for the first time in about a year! My colleagues thought I was leaving! :rotfl:

Right, off to wrap the Ebay parcels ready to post tomorrow. Already performed a 27 thing fling boogie and sorted a couple of loads of washing. I am really FLYING - yippee!

(No bingo wins for the last few days though :()

No bingo wins for me either!

But well done on your positively positive day full of positively positive things!!

    :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl: Thanks!

Parcels wrapped and by the door ready to go.
Got 2 items selling on Ebay currently at £132 with another day to go - have a few more things to list, so need to keep it going.

I know this won't last, but I'm enjoying the ride for as long as it does.
I'm sure things will be very bleak in January :o
  • You're doing really well MacGirl, and your diary is really entertaining :)

HaHa! Glad to be of service :D

No wins this morning apart from 10p's. Bids on my mobile are over £100 though! :j Fingers crossed that comes through this time, after last weeks fiasco with a scammer

A busy busy day ahead. It's my "day off". But that means housework and looking after little DD (which I love). Today I need to pick up invitations for my Mum's party, post my Ebay parcels and try and fix my washer

I did 2 loads last night and both had not rinsed properly. There is still washing powder on the clothes and they feel like there's a film on them. I'm not over-filling it, so it's not that. But I never clean out the filter thingy at the bottom - I wonder if that's it?
Will head over to the OS boards and see if wihte vinegar is needed!

Other than that, a quiet weekend planned. I'm going to mobilise DH to start moving his office out of the attic, ready to switcheroo into the girl's bedroom.
It will be quite a job, as he is a horder-extrodinaire :rolleyes::rolleyes:

Have a good day all x

Well the mobile has netted well over £100 :j so will PAD what's left over once fees and postage is paid.
Got my fingers slightly burnt on something else though. Severely underestimated the cost of postage (quoted £3.99 - ended up being £8.97 !!!! GUTTED).
I've emailed the buyer to appeal to their better nature and see if they'll meet me half way.....

Went to Morrisons - didn't get abused this time, so that's a relief :p
Spent more than I intended though, but am still on course to meet my grocery target of £300 this month. I know that's high by some people's standards but it's still less than the £400+ that I used to spend per month :o So onwards and downwards.

Picked up the invites, which look good. DH managed to get them printed for £16 (much better than his first quote of £160 ) so I'll it add to the spreadsheet.
I Love being so organised! :D

My gosh you really are on a roll! It's amazing what we can achieve when we're feeling positive.

I finally got round to posting some bits on ebay yest after reading your thread. Fingers crossed they sell. I hope your ebayer will be generous with the postage blip.
One step at a time ;)
