I'm back. Got a couple of pressies in the sales to put away from Chrimbo, but didn't go mad :A It does make a difference spending cash, I'm far more careful.

My Mum gave me some money towards shoes for the girls, which covers what I spent last week on their new sandals :j Hurrah for Mums!

Other than that, had to take little DD for her Pre-School booster :( Felt like I was taking her to the guillotine, then the nurse asked her to choose if she'd like an injection in each leg or each arm?! She's 4 :rotfl: I just said "Arms and do it fast please"!

No tears, she's now wearing her 2 plasters with pride - bless her.

True to form, I've got up to go for a run, really don't want to so have been doing washing, tidying etc etc - ie: Procrastinating - in order to run out of time and not go.
Just seen a man running past the window which has given me the kick up the proverbial I need - right off I go...

Enjoy the run - I did 3 miles last night, AND the 30 day shred.

My legs are protesting though today, so no run, but will do the dvd instead later, and have arranged to go for a run tomorrow morning.

    Have a good one x

I did 3 miles too, but will do 6 miles in the morning. Nothing starts the day better than a run/walk in the early morning fresh air!
My favourite kit was in the wash, so i made do with a vest and 3/4 pants that ride low on my waist/spare tyre - not a good look - but all the more reason to go :o

The kids slept at my parent's last night, so I saw them for a few minutes this morning, then went to get my roots done = £28 +£3 tips. Does everyone tip their hairdresser? I contemplated not doing to save cash, but felt mean.
I then whizzed to the supermarche and spent £80.80. This was my "bulk-ish" shop, so hopefully I can stay well within the allotted £300 budget for this month. Came home and DH helped put the shopping away, then me and the kids chopped down trees and and trimmed the hedge in the front garden. To say it's only small - we still filled 3 binbags, which I took straight to the tip. So now it's all tidy and lovely!

On the way home I jetwashed the car, we live on a busy road, so it's not that easy to clean the car at home - another reason to move. Then, I hoovered it out and cleaned the windows and the inside.
So all in all, a bit of a Flylady day. I blitzed the rest of the house on Thursday evening prior to my friend calling - so this evening I can chill/paper shred - no 30 day shred in this house!

To assuage guilt at watching the footie, DH took it upon himself to do the huge basket of ironing!!! My most hated job :j (He looks in a slight mood now though - welcome to my World! :D)

Right, almost dinner time. I've been reading my Paul McKenna book about eating like a thin person, so I will eat later when I'm hungry :A

    Hope you've had a good day :)

Having said I wouldn't go for a run, Pania dragged me out for 3 miles this morning......

After last night's run, and the DVD, it really hurt. Really really hurt. Or was that the champagne that hurt. Hmm, not sure :o

Re the Paul Mckenna thing - I am trying really hard to eat more slowly. I am def eating less, but the eating slowly and chewing things more is a bit alien to me!

Yep, that's my problem, my eating habits are more like "inhaling" than eating, I eat that fast. Just by chewing and slowing down I am automatically eating less.

Also, I am guilty of the "clean plate" syndrome, after having it drilled into me as a child. So that is probably a big part of my problem, as well as emotional eating and the fact that I am a sugar fiend :D

Ah well, must keep on keeping on!
