Is it possible to buy more than 1 kit , and use say two 4 hour vouchers on one person:eek:

Anyone know the answer to this?

3 x 4 hour packs should be enough for my fiancee to pass her test (already a driver, but no UK licence) so it would be a bargain, even if BSM arn't the best school (she just needs to learn how to pass the test, not how to drive). Great find.

I managed to find 2 kits. I went straight to BSM. I got a refund of £180, which will go back on my credit card, for 8 hours of lessons, and used the vouchers instead.

My very grateful thanks to the OP.

How did you get a refund? was it because you had already paid for the lessons? Was there any problem using the vouchers? I have bought 24 hours of lessons !!

Does the voucher include 'Automatic Lessons' as oposed to the normal Manual Car Lessons as my Mum was taking the Automatic lessons some time ago and they had about a £2 premium on them?

Will try and get her a few if it includes Automatic Lessons too.

I hope so as that is just what I have done. Been needing an excuse to get off my rear and sort my test out ;) – only been 6 years since my last lessons, I guess now is a good time to get mobile and grab a bargain at the same time. I agree that BSM may be a variable choice but at this price it is a good starting point.

They are pre-paid packs not some sort of promotional deal so they should be fine. I'll check out tomorrow as I will be booking some lessons.

    Anyway, thanks grpbp.

Last week I paid for, hopefully, my son's last 11 lessons. The last 3 hours comprise, a 2 hour lesson, and 1 hour for the test.

Anyway, I took 2 x 4 hour vouchers into the branch. The SA said I would get a refund from HO for 8 hours, and then put through my 2 vouchers. I think I will use the other voucher I managed to get for the remaining 3 hours. If my son passes, I am still quids in. If not, then I have another hour already paid for.

Does anyone have a link so I can see it on there website ro the actual name of the product so I can call my local Halfords to see if they have it in stock.
  • Many thanks for this, picked up a pack for my daughter (17). Going back tomorrow to clear the shelves. Can someone tell me if I can use all the simulator vouchers ?

Now the lessons are sorted, all I need is insurance for her on the car that is not going to cost more than the car is worth.

Again £8 ish a lesson can't go wrong.

Many many thanks for this spot. Have been into my local Halfords ( after phoning to check if they had any first) and cleared the shelves of their few remaining boxes.
    Box with 4 hours in = £34.99
    Box with 2 hours in = £17.49
Box with 1 hour in = £ 7.49 - which considering this is what I bought it for really, not all the extra bits, is a real bargin. :D
    £7.49 for a driving lesson !!!!!. :j
Hope they are some good after all this effort.
He can now make himself popular with his school friends by handing out all the extra highway codes and L-plates etc
He now had 16 lessons all paid for less than £120 :T

May just phone family and friends around the country to see if they can track down any more ?!?:p Hoping he passes after 16 lessons is a bit optimistic ;)
