Hi all, I have spent a very entertaining afternoon reading this thread to date and have checked where my local SW class is..........and am joining tomorrow evening. :j
Have been out on a shop this evening to stock up on items but cant find very low fat cottage cheese and yoghurt anywhere. Tried the local Asda and Tescobut only have low fat choices.
Feeling quite positive and can't wait until tomorrow night to join.0 -

Evening all, I made a gorgeous dinner tonight, salmon cannelloni.
I got the recipe from "Something for the Weekend" on Sunday, they said to use double cream but I thought sod that I'm using yoghurt instead! it was really creamy and a little on the heavy side though really lush. Wonder how many syns were in it? tasted like it had 1000!They have the internet on computers now?! - Homer Simpson

Morning all, how is everyone?
I've not been on much cos I went back to work and have been really quite ill with D&V, on the upside I've lost 8lb since Saturday
Feeling so weak today and am scared to eat, i'm just going to stick with light free foods for the next couple of days, such as SW chips and spaghetti, maybe an egg, I'm not even going to attempt anything remotely heavy, I've never had D&V like that before and would not ever like it again, I felt like I was dying!:j Baby boy Number 2, arrived 12th April 2009!:j0 -

Ooh I really feel for you. I had that about a fortnight ago and said at the time that I'd never had it like that before. I know it's not SW friendly as such, but I found dry toast settled things down a bit.
Hope you're soon feeling much better.I let my mind wander and it never came back!0
