STS this week.
Am stalling a bit. Lost only 1/2lb last week.
I am sticking to the plan.
I do eat quite samey meals though. I need to shake it all up a bit!
And do more walking!

Okies - well most fish is a speed food so that's a good start
Success Express (is actually a lot like EE now I look at it!!!!)
at each meal fill 2 thirds of your plate with Superfree foods and the other third of your plate with foods free on Original & Green
Have 2 HEb's and 1 or 2 HEa's from either Green/Original lists
Snack only on Superfree foods
(Before anyone had heard of EE this was always suggested to be used when losses were struggling)
It's supposed to be very good for weightloss as it gets you eating lots of superfree veggies/salad/fruits!
Or Mix 2 Max (maybe not so easy but possible to use your fish to the max!)
But at each MEAL choose red or green! Focus on free food power. Have HE's as above plus syns.0 -

Hiya all, hope everyones having a good start to the new week, weigh in for me tonight too. Not really sure how i feel today think maybe i have lost something even just a little bit would be good.
Good luck for the week to everyone, time for some recipe sharing for comfort food methinks. I maybe really stupid but is it safe to leave a slow cooker on all day whilst your out or do you need to be home to keep an eye on it?

olly - I leave mine for 12 hours or more, so it should be fine. You shouldn't break the seal anyway so no point in just watching it!0
