Cooked cold meat is fine.
Thank heavens for that! I'm going to steer well clear of the hot counter chickens then, unless I have a weeks worth of syns to use up.They have the internet on computers now?! - Homer Simpson

I cant believe that they inject the chickens, surely they would have to declare it. I bought my from waitrose, will ask next time I go in.. When you are hungry, having missed a meal and trying to be really good, cooking your own for immediate consumption just doesnt work.0

Hi, I'm back after a weekend at FIL's.
Haven't done too badly but had 30 syns on Frida night - so easy when at his. Luckily I took own breakfasts and nibbles so didn't do too badly. Still within my weekly allowance and hoping for at least 2lbs this Tuesday to get my stone award! been a long time coming!
Hope everyone's well and staying away from rotisserie chickens!

Sounds like you have all had great weekends away! I have been at home cleaning up after sick kids
At leats it has curbed my appetite!
I did got out for a chinese buffet on Saturday though. And I ate what I fancied. Porbably had about a million syns, because instead of having chow mein/rice & veg, I had a massive plate of starters! Prawn toasts, pancake rolls, battered chicken, prawn crackers, ribs
I had 2 Alpen lights for breakfast, and a jakcet potato for tea and no snacks, and have been 100% on plan since so hopefully the damage is minimal!
Good luck all Monday weighers!0 -
got my weigh in tonight, was having a good week until yesterday. went out for sunday lunch for my dads birthday and had a bit of soup and bread, roast beef, yorkshire pud and roast potatoes then apple crumble and custard. then had a piece of birthday cake to finish off! oops but it gets worse later last night i shared a chocolate muffin and a mint aero with my boyfriend! so who knows what tonights scales will say!!
good luck to everyone else weighing in! x0
