Evening all, I resisted chocolate again today, yay! I'm sticking to nuts instead for when I want a snack and have syns to spend.

Does anyone know if packets of fajita spice mixes have any syns? we used a pack this evening for dinner.

Hi, I think Discovery fajita mix is 4 syns for the pack. Welldone on resisting the chocolate. Its savoury stuff ive been craving recently like cheese with sweet chilli sauce on it ive been saving my cheese to have this sometimes.
Ive got a bowl of nuts in their shell on my sideboard, they look all lovely and christmassy, but Im scared that if I start, I wont stop.

Hi everybody! Hope you've all had a good week.

Saturday is WI for me and I've lost 1lb and got my Club 10. Also I went to see the nurse on Monday and I'm not officially obese any more, I'm just fat!!

Anyway plenty to go and my next target is 11.12 (I'm excited now - I haven't been in the 11's for about 18 years!) which will be my 1.5 stone. My motivation is a bit weedy this week so I'm having more green days.

I have to avoid nuts too even though I love them - and cheese - too dangerous!

I've lot 1lb this week! at last the weight is starting to come off again! I think red days agree with me better than green or EE ones. Eating nuts as well seems to have helped

OH fancies toad in the hole tonight, wintry comfort type grub. Anyone know how many syns that might have per serving? we're using sausages from the local butcher, about 80% meat

Hi everyone , sorry I havent popped in the last few weeks , been having so many trips to the hospital with kids and me , but its all calmed down now so I am ready to give it 100% again .

I was reading about the cous cous cake recipe and thought it was a misuse of foods ? or is that only if you eat the whole cake ?

I am having a EE day today and am having sausage and chips for tea tonight.
