I only lost 1lb this week.I was good the beginning of the week then a tad naughty at the weekend. My oh is moving home on Friday as his job away has now finished. We both do SW and both lead each other astray on Fri/Sat nights. So now those nights wont be so special we may be able to do better.
Been on the exercise bike for 10 mins, I got bored before I got puffed out!
Im annoyed at the pasta n sauce as that was my fall back at the lunchtimes. But theyve stopped my fave one (garlic & wine) Im not a huge fan of the other flavours, definently wont want to part with any syns for them. There was a list of the new wholewheat ones that are just out in this months mag, worth a look as they had syns including the tomato and med herb (i think) I would of assumed this was free as the normal tomato one was.

Hi missjennipenni , i was told 7 at class and that they were a healthy b , but will now check , see what i mean always checking what you eat , i'll phone her and get straight back , she said there 1 syn each too
According to teh SW website, its 6 wholegrain crackerbreads for a HEB, or yes 1 syn each. This is the HEB I use the most, as you get so much for it!0 -
Thank you MISSJENNIPENNI , your right just spoke to my consultant and she said that its the wholemeal ones not the original ,and she still send it was 7 oh sorry i'm not sure :rolleyes:, when i told her it was 6 in my book , i will be checking everything i 'm told now , if it was'nt for you i could of over syned all week :eek::mad:and put on , thanks again hun , i will be changing them to the wholemeal ones on thursday.
But 6 for a h/b (wholemeal) is still great for a snack0 -
In the FO book (page 18 - grab & go box) it tells you that 7 Ryvita High Fibre Crackerbread are 1 HEB.I let my mind wander and it never came back!0

Hey, Redbull
Great loss, and if you stick with it you could def lose that 9 1/2 by Christmas. I was touched by your remark that you have a personal heartache - hope you're okay. :hello:0 -
I'm thinking of getting some Pagen Krisprolls - think they might go better with smoked salmon/mushroom/mackerel pate or sardines in tomato sauce than Nimble. Has anyone tried them?
Oh and can someone tell me how to make syn free pancakes (and are they any good?) and is there a way to make syn free humous? never tried even the ready made stuff before but I need to get out of a rut so wanted to try some new things0
