Morning All
We are all doing fabulously.
Another lose to report, my 2nd weigh in and I have lost 3 and a half pounds, yippppeeee:j.
Was in the pub last night drink DC and well to say it was quite a struggle, could of ate crisps and everything but I didn't mind over matter......I had to txt a friend last night just for her to tell me not to eat any rubbish...Touch and go for a minute. The voices:mad:grrrrrrr
I am pleased with the result but why is it sooooooo difficult somedays, a bit like melissa said, I could of eaten everything and anything, but I didn't and today is a new day. Its also weigh in day which means I should have a treat but as flat eric said - best not too. Also I am going away for the weekend so if i keep sticking to plan I am gong to allow myself a treat on saturday....
Well done all for loses/sts and hugs to all that need.
