  • Morning All

    We are all doing fabulously.
Another lose to report, my 2nd weigh in and I have lost 3 and a half pounds, yippppeeee:j.
Was in the pub last night drink DC and well to say it was quite a struggle, could of ate crisps and everything but I didn't mind over matter......I had to txt a friend last night just for her to tell me not to eat any rubbish...Touch and go for a minute. The voices:mad:grrrrrrr
I am pleased with the result but why is it sooooooo difficult somedays, a bit like melissa said, I could of eaten everything and anything, but I didn't and today is a new day. Its also weigh in day which means I should have a treat but as flat eric said - best not too. Also I am going away for the weekend so if i keep sticking to plan I am gong to allow myself a treat on saturday....

Well done all for loses/sts and hugs to all that need.

Today I am having a proper Red day, normally my red/green turn into EE. But I am trying to have proper red and green days as well.

    So Red today:

    Omelette for breakfast
Banana and other fruit which i am yet to buy for snack (will get on the way to work) 2 x alpen light HEB, 250 SS MILK HEA.
Tuna salad for lunch 5syns (salad cream).
    2 x rice cakes 3syns.
    Steak and veg for tea
    1vs 100 £50
    5500/335.25 (5.5K COMING DOWN)
    20.00/10,000(10K GOING UP)
    Not long now
    :)

Hi again is anyone else having there 7 crackerbread h/b , there great for snacks at night in frount of the tv or work or there 1 syn each , great with sweet or savorey topping , tuna , ham , laughing cow or banana anything .

I thought it was only 6? I have 6 whokewheat, the normal ones arent a HEB. I love them with cottage cheese or syn-free pate.

Hi, don't know if this is technically allowable, but I use them with laughing cow light allowance hea (for one day) then eat them as fill-in things when I am desperate for something to nibble over the rest of the week. Is that ok? I can't do 6 a day. (or is it 7?)
