Afternoon all, half a pound on for me this week but phew!! thank goodness, i was expecting a lot more on after what i ate last week.
Peachy nice to see you back where ya been? lol (nosey i am), well done to all this weeks losers, welcome to all the new posters and chin up and a big hug for all gainers and sts's.
Just going to make a scan bran cake for my comfort food this week, am thinking soups, slow cooked stews, marions rice, scan bran carrot cake, and maybe a couple of tbsp of low fat custard to go on it.( sounds really stodgy but i will make sure i have plenty water/fruit/veg and fibre thrown in with that lot).

Thanks olly , have had alot going on with my family and i'm gonna be a nanny from the 13th onwards , my daughters due date :dance:can't wait it gonna be a little girl there calling her faith .
Well still doing my diet only got 2,1/2 to go to target again  , so slowly slowly catchy monkey as they say , should do this by next week .
One point my consultant did bring up when making soups don't over blend them as your still ment to chew your soup as you could so go into the misuse issue again , meaning you could eat a big dinner then a really big bowl of soup witch you have over blended, then say later an nother big bowl and your weight could stay the same or put on , where as if you had to eat all the veg from the soup unblended on top of your big dinner then some more later and so on , you couldn't do it , its true and its little things like that , that could slow or stop your weight loss when you think your doing so well .
