  • Good luck this evening Helly - hope the scales are kind to you! I am hoping for a goos loss tomorrow, as I have been 100% all week.

I am seriously peckish today though! Have used 12 syns already, and still want to nibble. Going to have a mugshot while the kids eat tea. or I know i will blow it on something synful.

How can I lose 2lb in a day, lol. I so wanted my stone this week, but Saturday has put paid to that (darnmy willpower!). Drinking loads today but trying not to eat too much. Not got any speed foods in either

Catt, I always find drinking a lot and taking water tablets helps shift a bit of "water weight", especially if its the demon booze that's been your crux this week! And the speed foods do help too, although I find that eating a lot of those bloats me out too as they're mostly water, or a lot of them are.

Can anyone recommend a workout DVD for me? I have a davina one that I LOVE but I've got a shoulder injury and there's a lot of punching in it
    So, there are these boys,

    Evening guys.

Just wondering... it's not just me that tries not to eat or drink much on WI day, is it? I've convinced myself that a cup of tea or a jacket potato lunch a few hours before WI will cost me lbs - though I've never tested the theory! Paranoia?? Or do you think it's true?

I'll admit (and many on here will agree) that I get really bad WI day anxiety so no, I barely eat or drink anything except breakfast (WI usually 4.30)! I guess you should really as losses will still show accumitavely (sp?) but I just don't!

I always think I'll be sensible and eat normally - then chicken out! I've tried having huuuuuge glass of water after I get in from WI and weighing myself and there's no difference on my scales. But, still... :p

    Evening all,

The flapjacks I made went down really well at work, so well that I had two of them! (ooops!)

    I've had a green day:
Breakfast - 2 weetabix and mullerlight
Lunch - Left over pasta aubergine bake (topped with a little cheddar cheese)
Dinner - quorn sausages, sw chips and fried egg (cooked in frylight)

I had two flapjacks which are about 12 syns each (damn :( )

I'm wondering though, and this is a long shot, if I can count the oats in one of the flapjacks as a HEb and take 6 syns off?

Can I do that? or am I kidding myself?!
