HEB is a Healthy b (measure of cereal, bread, cooked fruit etc - Healthy A is measure of milk or cheese) come & join us melissa - you won;t believe how it works!!! Slimming World is the easiest thing in the world! I think WW is complicated because how do you work out the points value of something you've made without weighing every ingredient? With SW -you don't have to!
liz3yy - you can do it with bread so I don't see why not, but if in doubt don't.

I really got into exercise recently but now it's cold and dark outside I find it really hard to find the motivation. I don't want to walk outside when it's freezing and find it tough to get up early to do any aerobics. Any ideas guys? They have the internet on computers now?! - Homer Simpson

Yay! A new recruit! Sometimes a change of eating pattern does weight loss good - you can always go back to WW after a bit but I think you'll find you won't want to!
Liz3yy - I do step on the Woo Fit - can watch TV at the same time. I also bought a cross trainer from eBay which I do in front of the TV too but haven't been on it in over a week as my cold means I haven't been able to breathe!

Do you mean Wii Fit?! lol
I would love one of those but sadly don't have the cash. I've been looking on ebay for second hand cross trainers and exercise bikes that I could use in front of the telly, but keep being out bid. They have the internet on computers now?! - Homer Simpson

had my WI lost half a pound, the weights coming off soo slowly. i'm going to try some of that rice in the morning as an alternative to weetabix. i don't know what to do to speed up the weight loss, any tips?0
-
Are you drinking plenty Laura? Having plenty of fibre & free/speed foods? Do you do the same days all the time? Maybe try a few red if you don't do many?0
-
i think i drink plenty but i might look at adding more superfoods. i try to do red days but they usually turn into EE! my consultant told me to try and plan a few days ahead so i'm going to do that and keep a food diary x0
