Right, green day today as I'm having lunch out with my ex-colleagues and thought a baked pot with beans should be easy to come by!
100% day yesterday so I'm determined to make one today too!

    Brekkie; beans, egg & mushrooms
Lunch; jacket & beans (can you tell I love them?)
Dinner; spag carbonara (with HEb bacon & packet mix - 2syns)

    C xx

    Hi skint_catt
Just wondered which carbonara packet mix you use that's only 2 x syns? (Not joined properly yet, either SW group or this thread!!) but will post next week after I've joined and have the dreaded start weight! Just hoping to get a head start on shopping ready..

I don't think they do taste like quorn actually, they're almost the same as normal scotch eggs.

I use natural yoghurt all the time in curries and it turns out great! just remember to add it after you've finished cooking and not before or it will curdle and look crap!

    Hi there

I follow the SW thread on here with interest and enjoy reading it and getting recipes etc. I love the plan, have no problems with it and feel really healthy. The only problem is, I am losing SO SO SLOWLY! I am lucky if I lose half a pound in a week and I follow it to the letter, one hundred percent! I wondered if this could be due to only doing green days (I'm a veggie) but I drink loads of water and have loads of superfree foods.

I know I should be glad I'm losing, even if it is slowly, but I can't help being a bit disappointed!
