    Morning all :)

I gave in last night and had more birthday cake....forgive me I have synned! lol

That's it though, the rest is being left for OH to scoff, and I mean it this time!

Today I'm back on the wagon and having the following:

    Breakfast -
Bite sized honey nut shredded wheat and mullerlight

    Lunch -
Mushrooms, eggs and quorn sausages, all cooked in frylight plus an apple

    Dinner -
Spag bol - made the SW way

I don't plan to have any syns as I think I've had too many this week already.

thats a great loss well done :)

ive joined last night, decided to follow extra easy , so on Day 1 and just had bacon, mushroom and fried egg - fried in frylite

lunch will be jacket potato and prawns - any idea what alternative i can have instead of mayo ?

dinner will be chicken curry and rice - not sure on the receipe yet going to hunt for a sin free one!

Baked pineapple sounds good - how do you do that?

Going for a long stroll this morning

    have a good day

    sue

    Thanks!

Well done on joining- your breakfast sounded nice.

Hmm not sure bout the mayo alternative tbh maybe something like low fat creme fresh?

Cant go wrong with chicken curry and rice! Yum there are some nice recipies on SW website too.

Well I must admit I can't claim it as my idea but its basically a whole pineapple with the top and bottom cut off, the outside shell thing cut off then cubed with some lemon juice and cinnamon and bunged in the oven! Its orgasmatronic! And FREE! :T

I go walking with my friend who also does SW every night after my work - it really seems to be helping.

Right, green day today as I'm having lunch out with my ex-colleagues and thought a baked pot with beans should be easy to come by!
100% day yesterday so I'm determined to make one today too!

    Brekkie; beans, egg & mushrooms
Lunch; jacket & beans (can you tell I love them?)
Dinner; spag carbonara (with HEb bacon & packet mix - 2syns)

    C xx

Hi, can I join you please?

I started about a year and lost 1.5stone before I got married in June. I've since put on around 7lbs and am now around 4lbs off my weight before getting married. I've re-joined and had two weeks of maintaining due to a variety of reasons: repair work at home making cooking very difficult, too many meals at friends houses but mainly a lack of motivation!!

So this week I'm back at it and motivated! I tend to do EE because it fits in well with family meals, with the odd green day fitted in. Generally the day can go either way until dinner time.

    Today so far:

Cornflakes with skimmed milk and sweetener for breakfast

Banana and 2 plums to snack

2 Ryvitas with marmite and a sweet n sour mugshot for lunch

    Apple for afternoon snack

Spag bol I think for dinner
  • Hi all!
went to Lakeside yesterday. Had a baked spud with beans at lunch time. It was horrible though. So ate a banana & an apple!

A Question? Do you use all your 10 syns each day.

I only eat fish so only have a few red days. Today is a red day & I've used 1 syn in the extra lite mayo that I had with my tuna.

Would eating syns help me lose weight more? I tend to eat fruit or raw veggies when I have the munchies. I have been losing pretty well mind you!

    Today
2 weetabix with sk milk & a banana (HEB & HEA)
    pear
tuna mayonaise. FF Activia & a pear (1 Syn)
    baked fish with stir fry
At some point with also have 42g LF cheddar, 2 Ryvita snack things & more fruit!

Claire, be aware the cornflakes aren't a HEB & will be synned.

Thanks Lisa, I was going to check it out later. It was those or dd's Nesquick choc balls - lesser of two evils when I was running really late!! Run out of everything - really not helping at all.
