Hiya all, how is everyone?
I'm not good, I hart myself getting out of bed yesterday, was fine until I went to bed, I've hardly slept at all!
I have this awful pain in my back, where my shoulder blade is, and I dont know why, or how long it's gonna stay, I think I have a trapped nerve or something, I dont know but I feel that bad I've not even eaten today, the pain is so bad I feel sick:j Baby boy Number 2, arrived 12th April 2009!:j0 -

I went to my local slimming world for a few months at the start of the year and then stopped going (various reasons!). I would really like to join again, am I able to go back to the same class?

I tried the breakfast rice for the first time this morning instead of my usual porridge but was starving 2hrs later (had it with vanilla & choc muller and fresh raspberries YUM). Is there anything I can do to make it more filling? I normally have porridge cos it keeps me going till lunchtime most days (am really hungry at the moment, prob cos I'm pregnant and the cold weather)

How much did you make? If I am really hungry I have been known to eat a double portion - 1 cup of pudding rice to 2 of water plus the fruit and a couple of yogurts. No way I could eat anything after that for quite a while!;)When life hands you lemons, ask for tequilla and salt and give me a call!!!0 -
I am posting about the rice too. Just made some in my plastic microwave steamer - 12 minutes. No Muller lights so I had a little milk on it with some sweetener and then hit on using some Crusha stawberry milk shake mix (syn free) - made a perfectly acceptable sweet filler upper.
Saturdays are definitely my most difficult day. In the past I would have hot footed it up to the newsagents for some chocolate and sweets. I tend to relax on a Saturday so am constantly feeling I want to eat something a bit naughty!Grocery Challenge £139/240 until 31/01

Astonsmummy poor you, could you get OH to give you a massage, it sounds very painful. Try some ibuprofen gel if you can get some its really good for stuff like that, or voltarol.
Marion, your rice is an absolute life saver now that the cold weather is coming, had some with chopped fruit, sweetened fromage frais and drizzled a teaspoon of runny hunny on, filled me up and was yummy.
This time of year makes me really restless, i want things i cant have, i'm hungry but when i eat i dont really want it,i want to stay home and read, but when i do i ling to be out, its like i have a deep life itch that i just cant scratch i'm the same in spring when the season changes again too( probably makes no sense to anyone else lol i am rambling again).
Mummydumpling i think your right its probably the pregnancy and the weather making you more hungry.
Have not seen fernliebee post for a while hope she is ok.
Welcome back flat eric, everyone was wondering where you had gone, well done on getting to target thats fab!
Well another waffling post from me, got a huge pan of soup on the stove so off to get a bowlfull.

Thanks Olly, I know what you mean about the weather making you hungry. I find it hard in the winter too. I sort of feel I want to hibernate so of course must feed myself up for the long sleep:rotfl:! I have been so wanting something in the evenings that I have started making the breakfast rice in the evenings as well. I make a big bowl around 9pm and it helps keep me off the snacks! Guess I will have to call that one Marions evening delight :rotfl::D:rotfl:! I am working on a mince pie flavour one at the moment but of course will have to count syns for the mince.When life hands you lemons, ask for tequilla and salt and give me a call!!!0 -
