    Hi everyone,

See this whole 100% day thing? Does this mean you are having your HE's depending what your on, and stuffing yourself with free food, but not using any syns? (Soz if this has been psoted already)

The reason I asked is that I was bad last nite and had chips from the chippy  I know I know after I spent time on the board asking people what I should do about tea as I was going to my college class straight from work.

I'm determined to be better for the rest of the week till my WI next Wed im not going out this weekend so there'll be no alcohol.

I do have Alpen Lite bars at my work just now (and I would quite like one! lol) and was wondering if I'll lose weight by sticking by the plan but just not eating any syns?

stef - 100% means you've stayed within your 15 syns allowed plus HEx's & free food.

Syns are there for part of a balanced diet so you should have at least 5 syns per day - you may see a loss after 1 week without any syns but it's not sustainable in life.

Ok doke thanks very much for that.

No I wasn't planning to do the whole no syns thing forever, just for this week to cover the take away I had last nite.

  • stef - can you use flexi-syns? count up how many syns you have used this week, and how many you would have left? then split what you have left over the next few days til you WI. That way you are not depriving yourself totally, and are still following the plan.

Almond - welcome! Im pretyy new to this thread too, started SW (for teh 2nd time) about 10 days ago. Well done on yoru loss so far!

Skin-catt - your meals for today sound yummy! I had SW chips for lunch, but not many because I over-boile dthem, and they turned out pretty rubbish & unedible. Migth crack open a tin of ravioli to keep me going!

Hello everybody - hope it's going well.

OK - so far so good.

I've had toast, banana and yoghurt for breakfast and a stir fry with noodles for dinner and I'm up to 6.5 syns.

Tonight I plan to eat baked potato, rice salad and salad and resist quiche and pizza and pringles and chocolate fingers and fig rolls (love fig rolls!) I will be strong...wish me luck (it's not luck I hear you cry!)

Enjoyed my lunch but OH has emailed to say he wants to take me out for summat to eat after I collect him for the airport (hope it's just a plain pub as I'm saving my syns for wedding tomorrow!). Meatballs on hold until Sunday then before fireworks!

I need help, I'm starting to lose motivation!

I lost the plot at work this morning as I was feeling so stressed, I was in tears for a while........long story.

Needless to say eating healthy has gone right out the window, I had a cheese and mayonnaise sandwich for breakfast for gods sake!

I'm too tired to cook this evening and really fancy a beer, seems like it's all going out the window after I'd been doing so well :(

Part of me thinks I should say nuts to it, let the weekend go and get started again on Monday, the other part says why bother as you can't stick to it!

I don't have the energy or willing to eat healthy or exercise in this weather, what can I do?!
