Oh crikey! I thought it was decided that only 2 slices were a heb, instead of 3. Didnt realise it wasnt a heb at all!0

Hi. Hope today is going OK.
(Red day) I had toast (HEB), marg and marmite & 2 bananas for breakfast.
I'll have the rest of last nights veg stew for dinner (few sins as it has a couple of spuds in it) and I'm doing Butternut Squash and Tomato soup for tea from the SW website with bread (HEB).
Have done some walking today and a keep fit DVD. Feel really tired now!! Can't think why.
More walking this afternoon when I fetch DD2 from school and I know I'm going to get SOAKED - anyway the rain'll make me walk faster!August Shopping Challenge. 26/8. Budget £250 Spent £256.81.. £6.81 over. So £0.00 a day left.0 -

also with the marions rice, how long do i cook the rice for?
Syn Free Pancakes:
1 Egg per pancake
2-3 Teaspoons sweetener (depending on own taste)
3-4 Drops of vanilla essence
First separate the white from the yolk and put into separate bowls, Whisk the egg white until fluffy and add the sweetener, In the other bowl add the vanilla essence then fold the yolk into the egg white
Heat a frying pan with frylight, add the mix and spread as you would a normal pancake after a few mins flip over (But do be careful they are much more delicate than a regular pancake) And then Hey presto scrummy syn free pancakes.
You could add cinnammon, strawberries or fruits of the forest as an alternative once cooked.
As for the rice - it depends on how you are cooking it and how much. I do mine in the Remoska for about 25 minutes and I do betweek half and 3/4 of a cup of dry rice withdouble the amount of water as rice.

I have added cooked baked potato without skin, (saving that for later) to my breakfast omelette, but I am certain I will get fed up with it.
What's Marion's rice all about, I have seen it referred to lots.
Here you go:
I like a warm/hot cereal in the morning and since I have switched to the EE plan on SW I only have 1 HEB to use during the day. If I have cereal in the morning thats it gone:mad:
So I came up with this - I vary it from day to day, for instance today I had blueberry and tomorrow probably rhubarb:j
Cook 1/2 cup of pudding rice in 1 cup of water for about 20 minutes (I use my remoska). Remove from heat put into a bowl, add fruit and a complementing muller yogurt and mix together! ie rice with sliced banana and toffee yogurt, rice with frozen blueberrys and a blueberry yogurt, rice with mandarin segments (chopped) and mandarin yogurt. For best results eat straight away while it is nice and warm! Tastes really nice and is very very filling! Also free on SW so can be made any time you fancy it really!
