I've had a bit of a strange day today - I've eaten noodles for breakfast (finished up DD2's - I do feel the need to finish things up if they are free), pasta for dinner, rice and a veg stew for tea (did I mention it's a green day?!). Plus fruit and skimmed milk (HEA).
I feel very full but I think it wasn't a very well balanced day as I have eaten all that food and still have 1HEA and 2HEB's left. It would have been better if I had chucked the noodles and had toast for breakfast.
I think perhaps I should stop worrying and go and have a cheese sandwich!
Also didn't do any exercise today except 40 mins walking DD2 to school and back - which is something. Tomorrow is definately a red day with more exercise!
Good luck to everybody.August Shopping Challenge. 26/8. Budget £250 Spent £256.81.. £6.81 over. So £0.00 a day left.0 -
well done franby - free food is definately the better way to go! And 40 mins walking is more than I've done today - must get back onto the cross trainer!0
