I was thinking of doing this with my Easi Yo yogurt mix. It works out at 3.5 syns per 100mls but you have to make it at 1 litre per go! That's a lot of milk shakes. Also I thought of making lollies with it but it's not really the right weather.Grocery Challenge £139/240 until 31/01

Just another question, I have got a packet of hollandaise sauce and I looked up the syn value, it says....
Colman's Hollandaise Sauce Mix, dried 23g sachet[FONT=Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif]
[FONT=Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif]Original 5½ Syns [FONT=Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif]
[/FONT] Green 5½ Syns[/FONT]
