    ARGH!!!! :rotfl:

If anyone hasn't used their Wii Fit in a while - get back on it!! I forgot how much fun it is!! :) Got Wii Fit Plus this Christmas (hence getting it out again) which is all the same as Wii Fit with some extra features! It's got a great Segway race which I'm going to practice lots as I'm doing it for real on the 17th and a game where you have to bump your hips to add up the mushrooms - never laughed so loud on my own! :rotfl:

On a sad note I was trying not to eat too much today as I have WI in the morning and haven't been on plan until yesterday - but I got so hungry I've just binged :(

It's over now as OH is home in a min and I've got dinner on, but feel so bad after being so good all day.

Rarely are 'ambient' rices or pasta's free though I think there is a rice or two which might be. Safe bet is to always go for the dried versions (no oil).

Is there any way to get more of an idea re SW? I'm used to WW online where you can access quite a lot of things without joining to see if it suits. Unfortunately the local groups are totally unsuitable for me so I'm likely to have to join the lifeline online but its seems to be a 3 month subscription - my partner is the cook and he's a bit sceptical so I'd need to show him recipes etc for him to be onboard.

Are there SW forums on the main site?

I LOVE my wii fit plus game! i'm going on it after some tea. that adding up one is funny! i like the obstacle course as well. we played the multi player on saturday night with friends and watching people hula hoop is hilarious!

lost 3.5lbs tonight, hoping for 1 - 2 next week as having a whole week on the plan!

There are no forums on the SW website - you could have a look at Minimins website though if you want lots of feedback.

Why is your OH sceptical? It's a healthy eating plan for life, not a fad diet. Do you remember the Home Ec posters with the circle divided into the different foods groups exampling how much of each you should be having? Well SW replicates that. Lots of good salads, veggies & fruit, some fibre/calcium and a little less of that in high sugar/low beneficial foods. :D
  • right went to wi tonight after 3 weeks off gained 4lbs. This is it now got to stay focussed. Put Christmas/New Year illness behind me and get on with it....

Haven't played the obstacle one yet! Will try that tomorrow. The hula hoop must be fab for your waist but the long one shatters me!
